I intialLy bought this since my daughter stays with my parents often and has a car seat, when my dad mentioned unblocking the seat belt hurts his arthritis, I looked into what could help him. Mom of a responsible 5 year old and not so responsible 2 year old. I was sooooo-ooo-ooo over having to turn around to unbuckle the bottom buckle of my 5 year old's seat everytime we stopped (queue awkward twisting and back pain) because his little fingers couldn't unlatch it to then get out of the car to start the process of unbuckling the 2 year old... school mornings, running errands, etc... I needed a solution to speed up the process AND give my responsible 5 year old some independence. Enter Bucklebee! We park, I get out, get the 2 year old out and 5 year old is already ready to go. YES! I have already shared this product with ALL the parents in the car pick up line and will attach the second bucklebee to the younger one's seat once they get a little more aware of saftey. Product is sturdy and well designed for the child to figure out easily. We found the device hard to get onto the latch belt, then it was so hard that it bruised my child's thigh when he tried to get into his seat by himself. I got this because I have hand pain and was trying to save my thumbs, but this didn't help and slipped around all over the button. Maybe ours (a Chicco) had too hard of a button? Are there more rubberized ones? IDK, but I'm a little bummed. ... show more
