Nice clear display in a tight package. Such a great addition to the home gym. It takes away that extra little bit of friction of setting timers on my phone or keeping track of seconds on a wall clock. I love that you can set your own programs and the remote is clear and way to use. My one nit is I can’t seem to figure out a way to skip an interval or rest during one of my programs. Bought this as a basic clock during workouts. For that, it's great. It's easy to read across the room and the remote makes the basic functionality (count up and time) seamless. I haven't explored the functions enough for intervals. Feels like the remote was repurposed as it has buttons that don't work with the clock. The clock itself has some trouble standing up on it's own. Not great if it's not in a fixed position (mounted on a wall), but it's been fine so far. I wanted to like this clock. It was the right size for my home gym. The numbers were bright (adjustable) and easy to read. The volume of the beep (not adjustable) was plenty loud for a home gym. But I had to return it. I could not for the life of me figure out how to cycle a HIIT (which button is not active along with others as desired) that had a 30/30 timer. I used the countdown and had to reset every time. I tried programming the Crossfit interval features but it is designed for 2 groups which is unnecessary for a home gym. I finally decided that this product was more frustrating than helpful and I didn't want to have to re-learn it every time I needed it. So back it went. If your thinking of a clock/timer for your workouts , this will do the job ! With Adjustable brightness large size LED’s , coupled with the remote control , this unit does just about anything you might need during a training session. In my case , weightlifting.. ,besides displaying the time , i use it for total time of workout in either 12 or 24 hour formats , rest periods between sets counting in minutes/seconds . start /stop/reset functions are easy to trigger, the remote is responsive and fairly intuitive. Comes with brackets that i used to set it on a window sill,i separated the window trim out slightly to accommodate the bracket .. so no screws /no nails needed and a clean look, routing the supplied power cord /slimline transformer block to a nearby AC outlet. ... show more
