Bought this as a basic clock during workouts. For that, it's great. It's easy to read across the room and the remote makes the basic functionality (count up and time) seamless. I haven't explored the functions enough for intervals. Feels like the remote was repurposed as it has buttons that don't work with the clock. The clock itself has some trouble standing up on it's own. Not great if it's not in a fixed position (mounted on a wall), but it's been fine so far.
