I use stopwatches for my work as we cannot have our phones to tell time. And these are amazing for the price, I’m actually planning on ordering more. So, they’re not high quality but what do you expect for 6$ a piece? Cheap plastic but as long as you’re not being stupid with it then it should never break. The hourly chime they talk about isn’t actually a thing unless you turn it on, they just didn’t read the very clear instructions on the back of the box on how to use it. I have mine set to beep once a day just before it’s time to clock in at work, but you can also set it to hourly beeps at any point within the hour you’d like. This is a basic stopwatch with a bunch of extra stuff thrown in that may not be of interest to most folks. The good- it works as a stopwatch. The timer's results are in line with my watch's on long walks. As this is what I wanted it for, I'm going to give it four stars. The complicated- it includes a digital clock function. It defaults to chirping on the hour (this can be turned off, but takes some poking to do). The owners manual looks like it was translated by a machine (or perhaps someone not fluent in English) and not proofread. For example "Push on buttcr [sic] START can adjust fast )," Yes, "button" isn't spelled correctly. Yes, there is a space between "fast" and the closing parenthesis. After a week, it seems to do the job (battery life is unknown), but folks frustrated by extra bells and whistles may want to buy an alternative. ... show more

These are pretty accurate but very cheap feeling stopwatches. Instructions are also very unclear and I could not figure out how to turn off an alarm these seemed to be pre-programmed to. Each stopwatch beeps every hour and every so often (seemingly random intervals) an alarm goes off and won’t stop until you press a button. Would return but I missed the return window. ... show more

This stopwatch is absolutely horrendous. The instructions that come are incomplete (Alarm function information isn't present on how to turn it off and I had to check the description on the product page to find it), it isn't remotely intuitive, the watch itself feels cheap and like it's about to break, and the material even differs between two stopwatches that came together, and the alarm function continues to go off even after toggling it off as the description advises. I bought these for my grandkids to use on vacation. I bought two sets and three of them would not stop beeping every hour! No matter what I did, even following the directions given to stop this by other reviewers and the company itself, did not work. So annoying in our house and traveling!
