We need small paddles and these caught my attention because they called them sombreros. I thought that was funny so I bought them. These work well. If your puck is thin it can kinda go under the edge because of the build style but we dont have a problem with that.

If you are buying these for a child 5 or under they are great. Not standard size. It does say 3 inches in the title but I am guessing from other negative comments that people like me just don't visualize how much smaller than normal that is. If the seller said "child size" it would be more helpful.
