Super easy to slip the 5 gallon bottle in as it has a slanted area where the bottle goes in. Just stick the metal tube on and turn it on. It is light weight and super easy to use. Purchased for home use. I ordered 5 gallon jugs and caps off of Amazon and also purchase a few filled Brio bottles from Walmart. I refill them at the Walmart water dispenser machine for $1.95 each. The machine works fine. FOLLOW the directions on setup. Can be a bit noisy when chill or heat mode comes on. The water is very hot and cold is very cold. There is another control for room temperature. It also has a catch for water spills right below the dispenser controls. Sports bottles and tall cups pr glasses will not fit, you have to hold them to fill. Standard size small bottles and 8 ounce cups and glasses will fit. You have to hold the control as you fill. The unit has an osmosis cleaning option which I do overnight once a week. It is very noisy which is why I use it when I am not around or overnight. Takes about an hour and a half. Only cons is there is no handle on the door to the water bottle compartment and my 32 oz neoprene water bottles won’t fit under to fill. ... show more

We were tired of buying water bottles and researched this purchase for two weeks before settling on this Brio water dispenser. We absolutely love it. The water temperature for all three is distinguishable and if I make a cup of hot tea, I can’t take a drink immediately so love that it’s not just “warm.” The part we don’t like (and had read about prior to purchase) is the noise. It isn’t so loud we are regretting our purchase but it isn’t quiet.
