Purchased for home use. I ordered 5 gallon jugs and caps off of Amazon and also purchase a few filled Brio bottles from Walmart. I refill them at the Walmart water dispenser machine for $1.95 each. The machine works fine. FOLLOW the directions on setup. Can be a bit noisy when chill or heat mode comes on. The water is very hot and cold is very cold. There is another control for room temperature. It also has a catch for water spills right below the dispenser controls. Sports bottles and tall cups pr glasses will not fit, you have to hold them to fill. Standard size small bottles and 8 ounce cups and glasses will fit. You have to hold the control as you fill. The unit has an osmosis cleaning option which I do overnight once a week. It is very noisy which is why I use it when I am not around or overnight. Takes about an hour and a half. Only cons is there is no handle on the door to the water bottle compartment and my 32 oz neoprene water bottles won’t fit under to fill.

Game changer. My kids refused to drink the water from the tap because they said it tasted funny. I grew up on that water, so I didn’t know any different. My kids have been drinking non stop from this, and so have I. I can tell a difference now. I highly recommend this. It is not only easy to use, but it is great in the winter when you want a hot beverage but don’t want to waste the time heating up water. It is instantly hot on that side. The ice cold water is perfect! We don’t even use ice in the house anymore because it is the perfect temperature!

Unbelievably hardy. Left it plugged in, in a hot garage unused for 4 months. Came back it and it works great. No problem. f

After everything we went thru to get it. HEAVY! Damaged box, no one cared. The item was apparently dropped from height/forklift, but the warehouse still shipped it. Nice. I was so looking forward to having this. Damage which could not have been done by us, box was unopened, still was given a hard time. Pictures and all. They told us to open it and we recorded it all. Did not matter. No refund, complete proof, and Amazon stepped up and took care of us. We returned it to Amazon. Can't afford to get another, nor would we trust it unless we had direct contact with Brio® and they made the effort they should have. Brio®, when you want to make things right, reach out! Otherwise, everyone, steer clear. Amazon blamed Brio®, Brio® blamed us, and we proved it through video we could not have and they marked it on the box from UPS that they received it like this. It should not have been necessary to go thru so much and not just replace it.

It is about half the width of a breakfast bar and about 6 inches taller. Very attractive. Love the brushed stainless finish against the black. Super easy to slip the 5 gallon bottle in as it has a slanted area where the bottle goes in. Just stick the metal tube on and turn it on. It is light weight and super easy to use. Ours is self cleaning, has hot… room temperate… cold chilled water and a night light!! Pretty cool actually. Very happy with it. We are 81 & 74 years old and have no issues loading and changing these bottles.
