This was easy to install on my door. I have used it at all levels. It works great and has held up well. So far, there is no door damage. The resistance bands seem weak or not as strong resistance as I expected. I double up or use multiple resistance bands together to make stronger resistance. Using leg wraps with resistance bands can be tricky if standing. I have balance issues, so leg bands work better for me if I lay on the floor. I burned as many calories and got a good workout using this as I do at the gym. Hand single grip handles are a little smaller than expected. Otherwise happy with product. ... show more

I bought these to continue rehabilitation on bilateral shoulder injuries with surgical repair post 1 year. These are just what I needed and the set is portable, terrific for when I visit my kids and grandchildren. The door anchor works very well. has very minor slippage, I might tighten it up after a few workouts, to me, that is nothing and expected for a nylon webbing system. The loops and hooks are sewn with heavy reinforced stitching, which is nice. The handles and ankle pieces are comfortable and well made. This is easy to place on the door but you cant get it tight. It will give some as you pull on the elastic bands. It works well with light elastic bands but if you use heavier bands it is not as stable. I put it right next to the hinges on the far edge of the door for the most stability.
