It is only 1 breast pump - After the valves on my willow 360 containers gave out for a second time in two months and needed replacement, I decided to try this pump since one pump was cheaper than the milk container replacements. It is much louder than the willow, but I was able to get more milk in less time. Additionally, the system is much easier to clean because there are not many crevices at all. These are pretty good considering the price. They are really loud and squeak sometimes which is my biggest complaint. Milk output is pretty similar to my Spectra. The battery charge is good and you can get a few sessions out of them, I would say 3-4.

I have had these pumps (I ordered 2) for a couple of months now and I am beyond pleased with them. They are easy to take apart for cleaning, easy to clean, and easy to put back together. They do not take up much space so are easily portable and easily used. I find I get the same amount of milk as I do with my Spectra with way more convenience. I use them at home so my hands are free and I have used them on the road in my car as well as when I am out of town. I spend quite a bit of time in my car for my job and we love our road trips so I bring a small cooler with ice packs, a few large cheap bottles, and I am able to pump on the go and easily store the milk until I reach my destination. For a few of our trips out of town without baby where I can't store the milk, I am able to easily pump and dump in about 15 minutes and move on. The device itself fits easily into my bra. It is not super concealable unless you are wrapping a sweater or blanket around you. A regular shirt will reflect that something is there although you wouldn't be able to tell what it is. They are not so huge as to call attention but, if you have bigger breasts as I do, it would be noticeable if you are standing in front of people. Regardless, they are comfortable and fit well and my rating is not diminished by this. I wish they had these when I had my first child. I feel like pumping is much more efficient and doable having these as opposed to having to stop everything to set up and hold a pump. The only downside is they are not as quiet as I thought they might be from the product details. They are not loud but if you are in a somewhat quiet space, you can definitely hear them. I don't know if anyone would notice or even realize the sound is coming from you but I can hear them if it is the tiniest bit quiet. However, you can't hear them at all if you are in the average noisy environment. I still think they are worth it and did not lower my overall rating for it. I highly recommend it and also recommend you get two so you can do both breasts at once and cut your pumping time in half. They also sell additional containers to attach to the pump so I recommend buying at least one additional set so you don't have to wash them after every use. It will give you more time between pumps. ... show more

I love this pump, ordered to replace the Pump in Style which didn't work for me at all. This pump has served me so amazingly and allowed me to work and watch my little one while keeping my supply up. I purchased this breast pump a month before my baby was born. Once she was here, I was able to use it 3x where I was very impressed with the pump. It worked well, had great suction, it never leaked on me, & I was able to move and work around the house while pumping. Win-Win for new mamas! But then the suction completely disappeared. The motor turns on and sounds like it is working, but no matter how many times I take it apart and re-assemble all the pieces, I cannot get any suction out of it at all. I've had to go back to my electric pump, which works amazing...but makes it so I'm back to being connected to the cord and have to hold the pump. I've sent in 2 emails to customer service in attempt to get it fixed, with the intentions of purchasing a second pump if they could help me fix the 1st one, to which they have not responded to either of. I return to work next week, so I am in desperate need of a workable pump. Unfortunately, I was left with no other choice and had to purchase a completely different set. Very disappointed and wish I had avoided this company in the first place. ... show more
