The Brcovan anti theft device is solid aluminum and seem to be very well made. It works very well on my bicycle handlebars that have a little bit of a texture. However it does not grip at all on my motorcycle handlebars that is very sleek. No matter how tight it is, it will slip due to the hard rubber used as contact points. The media could not be loaded. As tightening with the tool/key the lock actually started to unscrew and wouldn’t clamp down tight. I applied maybe 15-20 foot pounds on the tool and It started coming apart. Maybe they shouldn’t have used reverse or left hand threads on the piece that you’re tightening down or install a jamb nut behind the lock piece. Redesign and send me another. ... show more
