Half price compared to others similar hood (Fxxxxx), this is a great value hood. High quality 3-piece 1mm fully stainless enclosure that are welded and screwed together, NO rivets. Quiet and powerful aluminum squirrel cage motor. Speed 1 would suck the paper towel out of my hands. This thing built like a car, with rubber gasket for the vent. The lights are bright. Great design oil catch tray that overlapped the exterior glass to catches the grease from glass exterior (see photos). Voice control is awesome as well. Install was pretty simple. There are 7 mounting holes on top (M4-0.7 thread), but we used just the 4 corner ones, plus 3 bottom holes behind the lower glass piece. Since this unit is taller than our old OTR microwave. We added 2 horizontal 3/4" wood strip as spacers so the hood would mount flush against the granite backsplash. Grabs some longer bolts (M4-0.7x50mm) from homedepot if you have wood blocking/spacer under your cabinet. Customer service responded promptly with questions. Thumbs Up! ... show more

I got it when Thanksgiving deal they have a $100 off for this so beautiful stainless steel hood it is so cool. It has voice control when I hand get busy you can call “Andy” for power on and off, switch 4 different speed levels, or lights on and off. “Andy” can do all those for me. It has wave fans speed sensor, if you don’t feel like talk to “Andy” and you don’t want to touch it you can just waved it for speed level. Also, it has touch control come with the color screen so beautiful I love it, it’s easy to use and for any age people. Highly recommend this beautiful kitchen hood ... show more

I bought it like 2 months ago, and it's not that easy to install. A little bit hard to put the screws into the hole. And i think it only can take out 60-70% smoke from the kitchen, the motor dosen't have enough horsepower. The voice control stop working in 2 weeks.

The media could not be loaded. The voice feature (Andy) stop working after use for few months 06.2024. You can no longer hear Andy when you try to use voice command. Installed on 03.2024 The box arrived with minor damages but everything is ok with the range hood. The range is not easy to install since I already have stove and range installed. Not all the parts that comes with the range are needed for my installation. I did not install the carbon filter since vent the air to the outside. I did not use the aluminum duct that comes with it because I reused the one that is installed. The instruction booklet is easy for me to understand. The plastic duct reducer is little bigger than the standard 6 inch duct and I broke the plastic reducer which is ok since I put aluminum tape covering it. The plastic reducer is very thin. This job is more like a three people job if you want to easy on yourself. Two people holding the range hood and one person screen the screws in the hood on top. If you are doing new installation you just need two people. To make things easy for the installation I recommend installing a 3/4" piece of wood under the top cabinet which make the bottom surface flat to put the template on. This is what I did with my installation. I drill the eight holes a little bigger than the screws for easier installation because you going to need small adjustment to screw on. I screw all the corners first the the rest and then sure of the screws. Remember to hand tight to the holes install using the drill so you don't mask up the screws. One last thing....check the range hood first and see if it works before installation. You don't want to do this twice... ... show more

This is a legit alternative to the more expensive Fotile hood line. For probably 40% of their price, you get more features and same look & feel. My contractor had some issue installing it under the top cabinet as the screws which come with the package were a bit too short. They replaced with longer screws. The glass edge & panel was misaligned by 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch but it doesn't impact the performance or the appearance since it's at the back of the fan and doesn't show. The unit looks good. You can do gesture control (waving your hands), voice control(yes voice control) and the old fashion pressing the button. The suction seems cool. The material appears be good quality. I don't know about longevity yet but so far so good. I'd recommend this for those who are on a budget but want to get a good quality hood at an affordable price. ... show more

This is, amazingly, a voice-controlled range hood. Why? Because it is possible. So, Voila. I like the 45-degree angle of the surface as it maximizes the above the cooking surface space. Installation was not easy, but in my experience there is no "easy to install" range hood, so that is expected. Once installed, the suction (ventilation) power is more than adequate.
