The media could not be loaded. Hello, I ordered this 8 in 1 bouncy house for my 5 year active son. I read all the reviews, and I thought let's try it. The material is well made and have no issue thus far! No tears in the seams, corners, or miss matched seems. I was worried about the bouncy house losing air as described in the reviews, I watched a fee videos and was convinced it would leak, Well the bouncy house came, set it up no leaks, air does get out where the seems are, but if it doesn't then I would think it would explode. The durability of the bouncy house seems to be good, we have used it twice and my son is very active on it, no issue yet. The sturdiness of it is great also! I love the amazing colors and actives you can do on it! It's great for older and younger kids. I can't say anything about the water feature as we haven't used it yet, but I do like the waybits numbered for easy installation! One last thing sent up is very easy, it can be done with one person, but two is better! Once it's set up and connected to the blower, bam it's don't with in 3 min, take down is a little harder, but it's not bad, again two people are better, but can be done with one person. ... show more

As shown in the description and picture. It took about 10 minutes to fully install and only about 3 minutes to inflate. It can also be quickly deflated, folded and rolled up for easy storage. Love the bounce house features, such as jumping areas and throwing balls. This bounce house has lots of fun activities and the bounce area is a win-win for the younger kids, while the older kids use the slide non-stop. I'm glad the bounce house brought joy. This thing is awesome. I bought it for my 1 year old's birthday party where we had a range of kids aged 1-10 climbing all over it. It's great how the big slide is separated from the main pool, this prevented little kids from getting mowed over by the big ones. We followed some advice from the reviews to dry it out. We kept the fan on, flipped the whole thing upside down and propped it up on lawn chairs to let it dry. We are being super diligent about letting it dry out completely because I have seen the mold that can grow on these things when you don't store them properly. My 3 year old prefers to use it dry which is even easier to set up and break down. This toy is so fun and it even felt sturdy when mom and dad tried the slide. Great buy!! ... show more

    • Holes, Leaks and No Customer Service - Don't waste your money

I purchased this 5 weeks ago and everything was great for about 4 uses. The truth is, water leaks into the unit due to the type of stitching, so in order to dry it out, you have to run the blower each day in the blazing sun for about 7-8 days. Only then will the copious amount of water (which leaked inside) be able to dry so you don't have mold inside the unit. We set it up again, following the instructions carefully. Somehow, there is a large hole on one side of the unit due to the thin material. We have only let very little kids play on it, no adults, like in other reviews. I tried to reach out to Costzon, the seller, and Amazon is refusing to let me. When I purchased it, it said I had until August 9th to return if I had issues, when I selected "replace damaged item" it now read, "The return window closed on July 20th" which is not what I was originally told. Now I have a very very very expensive bounce/water slide with a hole and still have to run the blower for at least seven more days until the water inside finally dries out so I can pack it up. I was so hoping it would be awesome. The play factor was amazing while it lasted, the customer service, so far, is non-existent, and the durability is not functional, while the functionality is not durable...yikes! Run away! ... show more
