Says it comes with a co2 cylinder in description. also says you can’t ask for replacements or returns. Go to bote directly and order from there so you have customer service after. Frustrated I have to now go buy the cylinder replacement kit.

I have been looking forward to using this with my new SUP on a lake vacation. unfortunately it came super late but just in time for me to leave for this vacation. I took it out of the box and it is missing the co2 cartridge so it's useless to me anyways at this point. the life preserver belt is nice and is quality made, I just wish they had sent the other piece it needed ... show more
