The media could not be loaded. My lazyboy broke so we needed a new recliner. Not wanting to pay the high sticker price, we went with this much much cheaper option (about 25% of the cost). It is small, designed for someone I would say around 5 ft 7 or shorter. I'm 5' 11" and it is too short for me. My feet hang off the end. However, it's not so bad that it will keep me from sitting in it. I love the vibration and heat features. My children love it even more than I do and I have to throw one of them out of it to sit in it myself unless I wait until after bedtime. You can't have everything. At 25% the cost, I knew the quality was not going to be the same. And it's not. It's not made of solid wood, in fact it is made of an open metal frame that we put together ourselves so I know exactly how flimsy it is. The recline feature is extremely slow (I included the video to show how slow). It is very lightweight, which has an upside... it was easy to bring the box inside the house and it was also easy to put together after a fashion. The downside is that it is not as durable, and I don't see it lasting very long. It's not as comfortable as my last two lazy boys. Part of that is because it is designed for a shorter person. More of that is because the padding is of cheaper quality. It's not squishy, (that is a technical term). It doesn't absorb your weight when you sit in it. The padding just compresses. This is especially bad on the piece under your legs from the knees down. It feels like there's almost no padding there. Also, there is zero lumbar support. I keep comparing it to a much more expensive recliner, and it really isn't a fair comparison. This is a very good chair for the money; but when you've sat in a really comfortable chair for 5 years and switch to a cheaper chair it's hard to make yourself believe that the savings was worth the purchase. Overall I'm glad I purchased this chair. I am pretty sure it will end up belonging to my children in the playroom when I save enough money to buy myself yet another overpriced lazyboy. For now, it fills the need we had for a recliner. It was delivered in 2days instead of 7 weeks. It looks nice enough, and it is not uncomfortable. ... show more

It is exactly as described. I use it as a desk chair because I work from home and needed something comfortable. It was super easy to put together and all tools and screws needed came with it. The massager does need to be plugged in (USB Box not included) so it will need to be close to an outlet. It does get uncomfortable as any chair after sitting in it all day but that is to be expected. The massager is only in the pillow in the lower back not the upper pillow by the neck (even though the blue massager lines in the picture indicates there is a massager in the top but the bottom pillow is adjustable and can easily be moved at will. ... show more

I ordered it and it arrived sooner than expected, which was awesome. I didnโ€™t put it together, had my boyfriend do it, who said it wasnโ€™t too difficult. Itโ€™s definitely heavy though! We both love it for the most part, he complains after a few hours but he still continues to sit ๐Ÿ˜‚ must not hurt that bad! Overall, itโ€™s a good chair. SHIPPER DAMAGED BOX AND POSSIBLY THE CHAIR. IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS DROPPED AND ROLLED AROUND. I CANNOT ATTACH THE ARMREST PADS BECAUSE THE ZIPPERS DO NOT WORK AND I CANNOT ATTACH THE BACK SUPPORT TO THE PADDED BACK BECAUSE THE ZIPPER WILL NOT WORK.
