    • It's not worth the price but if you can get past that..
This is a cool dock to have around but I have a few problems with it. The Soundlink Revolve speaker has to go on the dock a specific way for it to charge. I find myself having to line up the notch so that it will fit properly every single time. I'm sure they could have found a way to charge the speaker any way you put it on the dock. Another thing is if you bump the speaker while it's on the dock it'll fall over pretty easily so be careful. The next issue is that it cost $30 but it really should have come free with the $200 or $300 Soundlink speaker. You don't even get a second charger with this, you have to use the one that came with your soundlink speaker. Again for $30 it should come with a second charging cable and wall adapter. People do like to move their portable speaker without having to lug around their only charger for it. I guess if i can afford the speaker then I can afford the dock but I also don't like to be nickle and dimed by a quality company like Bose. ... show more

    • Broken design - Do not buy this item
As other reviewers have mentioned, the cord is almost impossible to connect to the port which for some unknown reason is located in a groove underneath the cradle. Once you do connect it, it becomes dislodged if you even breathe wrong. Don't waste your money. Just plug the cable directly into your speaker to charge it. I can't believe that Bose has the nerve to charge 30 bucks for this thing when it doesn't even come with a power cord and oh yeah, it doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do. ... show more

    • Must-have add-on that should have come with the speaker in the first place
I bought two of these for my two Bose Revolve+. The charging base is high quality..durable, made of metal..great design, good construction. It works great too..works seamlessly with the speakers without issue. That being said, this cradle is definitely on the expensive side, it should already come with the Bose Revolve and Revolve+ in the first place. I say it should have come with the speaker because the speaker is so darn expensive, and the charging cradle is VERY useful and it kinda completes the speaker. Until you have one, you don't realize how useful it is. I wouldn't buy a Revolve speaker again without the charging cradle. Minus one star due to cost. ... show more

    • So poorly designed as to be non-functional
This cradle is so poorly designed I'm surprised Bose put their name on it. The charging ports are under the speaker and in the center of the cradle. That means you can't see the connection when you are docking the speaker. That, in itself, isn't so bad. The problem is the speaker has to be aligned on the cradle to make the charging connection. The speaker is so much heavier, it turns the cradle underneath it. They wouldn't even spring for a magnet to make the connection snap together. It is literally easier to plug the speaker into a USB charger. I'm not using it because it's so touchy to make the connection. ... show more

    • WARNING!!!! Does not come with a power cord
In case you missed the fine print, this does not come with a power cord. So if your plan was to buy two and keep one at work, or keep one in your travel case, you are out of luck.

    • Honestly easier to just plug the usb in to charge
I'm glad that this came bundled with my Bose SoundLink at no additional cost. If not I would have honestly regretted spending the extra money. A wireless charger is something that is nice to have. With how wireless changers have become a somewhat common item to see you start to expect similar functionality with others. This one is not what you're use to. Most wireless chargers of today you can just place what ever compatible device down on it without paying much attending to, with this charger you need to line up the base of the SoundLink to match the charger. They also tried to hide the usb port underneath itto make it look "cleaner", but it makes it suffer. With mine at least with my charger if you bump it, you risk the cable becoming unplugged even with the cable cutout that looks like it's supposed to aide in keeping the cable connected. Overall, if you're getting it with your SoundLink for no extra charge it's worth it, but I would not pay extra to have it. It's honestly less of a hassle to just plug the usb in. ... show more

Please save your money, don't buy this! This thing has no use at all if you ask me. It's almost impossible to put the unit on the charger. It's way easier just to use the charging cord and plug in right into the side of the speaker. On top of that, the cable end that has to fit into the seat doesn't stay in. ... show more

    • Worst charging plate I’ve ever had!
This is the worst charging plate I’ve ever had. The cable doesn’t stay affixed and comes unplugged at the slightest movement. Bose is usually the best quality so I’m very surprised and even more disappointed. Horribly engineered! Very unhappy with the charger. The speaker, however, is fantastic. 5 stars for the speaker.
