I have had my milk frother now for 3 years! 3 years of daily use for my homemade lattes. I've also used it for mixing in protein powder, mixing eggs, jello & pudding! For 3 years I've had no issues with it! Just in the last month or so it's gotten a bit finicky. A few times in this past month I go to turn it on & nothing happens. But, If I give the piece that connects the wand to the base a few twists, it will work again. It could just be wearing out (after 3 years, I would not be surprised) or it could be because my kids are using it to mix their chocolate milk & maybe they aren't rinsing it well enough after. I am certainly not complaining though! I've had no issues with it for 3 years! This thing has far exceeded my expectations! The package arrived quickly but from the start, I was suspicious as it was double bagged... upon opening, I saw it had been crushed. Fortunately, Amazon's return process is so efficient that I could return this and get a replacement within a few days! The replacement package was not fully sealed, (but not crushed!) and the milk frother was in good condition. I enjoy using it very much.
