These foamy water ones Will start to make you look blotchy as they fade and it almost looks like you have some kind of skin issue so I have not been using these I've been using the regular super dark foam or extra dark foam and that's been my go-to it's my favorite but yes these foamy Waters were my favorite because they are clear they do not stain anything not your clothes not your sheets nothing but as they do start to fade your skin will be very very blotchy and it ain't cute ... show more

I’ve used Coco and Eve and St. Tropez tanners and thought I’d give this one a try. I was looking for a self tanner that won’t transfer after dry down and I can wear it overnight before showering. This was NOT it. The application was simple, but where it went wrong was it was not transfer proof. I let it dry down completely after application, but by morning the tanner had transferred EVERYWHERE, especially in places I sweat more, like armpits and under boobs. My pillow case looked like someone caked in dirt used it to wipe their face off. Another major complaint I had was as the tan wore on over the week it would become cracked on my skin. I hydrate morning and night with lotion all over the body, since I live in a dry climate, and still the tanner on my limbs looked like I had eczema…which I’ve never had. Additionally, the tan didn’t look semi-decent for more than a couple of days. Don’t waste your money. If you want a completely transfer proof tanner, go with St. Tropez. The Coco & Eve one is great too, but will transfer minimally if you wear it overnight. ... show more

As far as self tanners go it’s pretty amazing. Things I love: 1. Goes on evenly 2. Natural color 3. Doesn’t stain clothing (but will rub off on it if you don’t let it dry) 4. Lasts 5. Dries fast! Not my favorite: After awhile it starts to look like you’ve got a skin issue. Sometimes I’ll go 3-4 showers without reapplying to make sure I’m starting on a new palette because sometimes it starts to get dark spots or patchy spots as it fades ... show more
