The media could not be loaded. Excuse the fireworks in the background of the video. Neighbors are early on 7/3. Amazing water fountain! I was impressed with the appearance, the lights, the amount of water it holds! There are 2 water flow options on the pump to have the water flow heavy or light. There are 2 cords from unit; one for lights and one to power the pump. Mine arrived in perfect condition. Be prepared to get rid of a lot of styrofoam in the box. No assembly required minus adding the pump to the hose and power to the lights. There is a piece that you slide in the back to hide where the pump goes. It has a small hole for the cords. Make sure of placement of unit prior to adding water. It’s heavy when it is full. I used a Smart plug so that I can power the lights & pump separately from an app on my phone. The lights were brighter than I expected but I love it. I did not want dim, just assumed they would be. Looks more expensive than it is. I would love to spend $400 on a fountain but that’s not happening when I rent. Not lugging around a giant fountain. This one is pretty lightweight when empty.     • Easy, beautiful, and relaxing!

We have had the fountain for about a month now and love it! We had toyed with building one and this is so much easier. It was easy to set up (put a large paver underneath to keep level). I was worried it would just trickle, but it gives off nice relaxing sound and works great. We hope it will continue to bring us relaxation for many years! Looks more realistic than I thought it would. Worked right away. The down sides are 1) the birds and night critters love it so I'm constantly replacing spilled water and 2) the LED lights are super white and super bright. So, I bought a few colored glass tea light holders and am using them as colored lenses - sat them right on top of the lights which allows me to change the colors of it too (which is kinda cool if I do say so myself!). I started with the fountain on high, it has a jog-dial so you can decide how fast you want the water to flow, but I'd suggest starting in the middle and adjusting up or down once you're used to it before you finally put it where you want it. I have mine buried in plants and planters and had to take it all apart to get to it once I realized the flow rate was a bit too much and turned it down. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought on amazon..and right after I purchased they raised it almost a hundred bucks.. so I feel blessed to have been able to get it at the price I did.. Really great.. lovely peaceful sound.. seems well made.. already basically set up except lights and pump.. very easy.. They only small small small thing.. I wish they would have put a light in the top container.. I don't know why they didn't.. It would have been more balanced and perfect!!.. TOO BAD.. But really a lovely fountain..and no complaints.. ... show more

Love this fountain! Purchased for my back pool patio and it is perfect. Easy to put together and everything worked. Nice product for the money. Update: the fountain is leaking all over my patio. What a mess. Requested a replacement from Amazon and am dreading packing the return. Praying no issues this time. UPDATE: Second fountain delivered. Optimistically unpacked and set it up only to find...you guessed it! It is also leaking- all over my patio. Beyond annoyed. 2 fountains, hours of unpacking, setting up, cleaning up, dismantling and repacking and NO FOUNTAIN. ... show more

I love this fountain. I had it indoors and I really loved it because it gives off a fairly loud sound of a typical fountain, almost to a fault. It sounds like your washer is running but it is really awesome. So what to keep in mind and watch out for.... the water flow is steady at first and runs excellent. The lights are amazing. Why I moved mine on to the balcony is because it started to splash from a broken stream. To fix this issue you need to add water and it will run perfect. Especially outdoors in hot weather. If this wasn't an issue I would have it inside for sure. I just found that worrying about it splashing on the carpet wasn't worth the hassle. If you keep it full with water, it will not splash or shouldn't splash. As I said, the stream gets off course or broken per say when it needs more water. But I do love this item overall. ... show more

Other than arriving slightly damaged which fortunately were easy to repair the fountain works well. . The water flows so nicely and the fountain is lit at night. The price was reasonable and truly nothing really to assemble. Again the packaging could have been more protective. But we do like this very much!! ... show more

I ordered this from Amazon and received it quickly. Set up isn't rocket science, but the instruction manual is virtually useless, so you pretty much have to pull all the pieces out of the little door in the back, and figure out what other piece(s) they connect to. Now that it's together, and flowing with water, it's nice (the water flows well, sounds nice, & the lights look great)....but there are definite drawbacks. The most disappointing is that there are NO COPPER COLORED SPOUTS!! Now that I've seen the photo WITH the copper-colored spouts, to see the fountain chugging along without them....well, the thing just looks incomplete. Another drawback is there are TWO plugs! One for the motor and one for the lights. Hopefully, I'll be able to find a timer that accepts two plugs at once. Otherwise, I'll have to use two different extension cords, like I am right now, which seems awkward at best. Shortly after I received my fountain, this Amazon web page disappeared, so I'm guessing I got the last of the 33" Zen fountains. With the drawbacks as is, and if I'd purchased the item at a local store, I'd be returning it tomorrow. But considering I purchased it through Amazon, and it weighs 30+ pounds, I imagine I'll just keep it. I'll just always look at it and think 'it sure would look better with the copper colored spouts'.
