I bought this at the end of December. It’s fairly uncomfortable and now it just won’t shut off and I am unable change the functions at all. Apparently my windows of returning it has closed and I’m just out money and cannot use it. So disappointed

This thing is awesome. It hits all the right points to ease tension. It blocks light but you can see through the visor, not clearly but enough to be aware of your surroundings. It has a music feature that is soothing if you want it but can be controlled.

I had no idea what to expect when this device first arrived but it definitely delivered much more than I expected. I consider it to be of exceptional quality. It doesn't appear that any corners were cut when they made this. The silicone nodes are really soft and feel quite comfortable around my eyes and on my skin. It charged pretty fast and the charge lasted a long time. It is very easy to use and not at all hard to clean or take with you, if/when travelling. The volume is perfect and the sound is clear. I recently purchased this with high hopes of finding relief from eye strain and tension. However, my experience with this product has been rather disappointing, primarily due to two significant drawbacks. Firstly, the fit of the eye massager around the nose is incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. The design seems to overlook the importance of accommodating various face shapes. The device fails to contour well around the nose area, causing discomfort and making it challenging to wear for more extended periods. The inflexible structure around this region feels intrusive and doesn’t sit comfortably, thereby diminishing the overall relaxation that one would expect from such a product. I’ve waited to review this because I really wanted to use it when I had an actual sinus migraine. That’s when I need it most. I’m almost wowed. This performs better than any face massage I’ve tried. Still, there are places that it doesn’t perform well. I’ll start with that. But first, I got the one that has the inside as fabric. Some look like they have silicone bumps - mine isn’t like that. I’ll add pictures to show that better, as well as the charging port. Maybe the area between my eyes and towards the insides of my eyes is more narrow or indented than average, but this just doesn’t reach that unless I press on the center. That area is one that I’m constantly massaging myself, so it’s a big pitfall for me. It does reach those areas a bit better on my husband, but still doesn’t give a lot of compression and tends to push itself outwards. I’ve tried adjusting it to many levels and it just doesn’t get there without intervention. That makes the sleep mode kind of unusable for me, but it still is performing much better than others. There are four modes. Each has different things and it’s super easy to customize with the other buttons. The voice really makes it easy to let you know if you’ve hit the right button, which are on the front of the right eye - there’s plenty of cushion that keeps that from being an issue. There is calming music, easily disabled and really easy to hear but not too loud. You can set the heat to different levels as well as the compression and volume, but for the vibration, you need to choose one of the modes that offer it and customize it from there. Not complicated at all with the easy buttons and voice. I do wish the vibration had an option for steady but beyond that it’s pretty good. The heat is surprisingly warm without burning. I prefer my own stereo music and am not interested in connecting apps, so I didn’t really go there. A button for different vibration settings would be cool, though. The compression feels closer to a real massage and is slow, deliberate, with good pressure. I really like it and haven’t tried anything that can match it. Charging was easy once I found the plug kind of above the nose. The light turned red when charging, but never really stopped being red, so I wasn’t entirely sure when it was fully charged. Two days with no changes seems like more than enough. This did come with what felt like a comparable charge to what it was after a couple days. I’ve used this for a couple of hours at a time, several times, and I haven’t had to recharge it. All in all, I’m almost wowed, but not quite. Others may have a better fit. It’s easy to adjust it. Even as it is, it’s still pretty good and I would recommend it. I wouldn’t call it perfected, at least for me, but it’s a solid four. ... show more
