On the rising edge of SCK, the serial data is input by the SDL to the internal 8-bit shift register and output by Q7', while the parallel output is the data of the 8-bit shift register stored in the rising edge of LCK. Bit parallel output buffer. When the control signal of the serial data input OE is low, the output value of the parallel output is equal to the value stored by the parallel output buffer.
