I still need to figure out all the different combinations of workouts you can do with this. There was a booklet with basic workouts. This is exactly what I needed it to be! It’s made working out at home actually enjoyable during this quarantine! I don’t know why anyone would spend the money on full home gyms when this does literally the same thing! Even my kids enjoy it and are learning how to have proper technique for lifting!

I love the compactness and the variety of exercises that can be done on this...however i wish it had a clasp to keep it closed, as well as a way to store the attachments on the inside like it appears on the videos. Its all an illusion u have to carry a second bag with the attachments!

I wish this product had different resistance bands strengths. The resistance is so light and even the tricks to make the band shorter for more resistance is not enough. The board is a little flimsy as well. The concept is nice, just could be a improved.

I'm not one to write reviews. Like EVER! But I'm so impressed with this portable gym that I had to. First, the system really is lightweight, easy to assemble, and easy to use. And you really can do just about any exercise that you would do in gym. Second, I actually feel sore the day after my workouts! (Not that I'm a masochist, but soreness after a workout let's you know that your exercises are working!) The only reason I knocked off a star was because I think the system should come with extra bands. The ones that come with the kit have a resistance that equates with about 60 lbs each, but it'd be nice to be able to add more if I wanted. Still, you can buy other bands that have a clip and it'll work just fine - not having extra bands is more of an inconvenient. All in all, though, I am in LOVE with BodyBoss! ... show more
