Product looks as it does in description. Easy to refold and store. I found it to be a sturdy product and holds quite a bit of groceries. It keeps food cool for a reasonable amount of time. It serves the purpose I needed which was to keep cold groceries cool on the way home. It could also be used to keep foods cool for a day trip or something of that sort with the addition of some ice packs and such. I am very happy with the purchase and would purchase again.
