This made my MetaQuest 3S complete. This headset fixes a few issues the unit has. First off, it greatly increases the comfort as it is adjustable in just about every way you want it to be. This means anyone can get the right fit. Second for me is the increased battery life with the hot-swappable battery. This more than doubles my playtime. Iordered another battery as well to make my battery life nearly continous. Finally, the fan is a nice touch. It works well enough and does not quickly drain the battery. It super easy to replace the stock strap with this headset. Overall, this headset is a gamechanger. After struggling with the stock strap, which lacked support and comfort, this head strap has completely transformed my VR experience. Comfort and Design: The S3 Pro is incredibly well-designed with a halo-style strap that distributes weight evenly across your head. The honeycomb padding at the back adds extra grip, especially during active sessions, and the customizable top pads make it easy to adjust for a perfect fit. It’s far more comfortable than the default strap or even other third-party options I’ve tried. Battery Life: The 10,000mAh battery is a game-changer. It more than doubles my playtime, giving me an additional 3–4 hours of use. The magnetic attachment system is super convenient, and the battery itself feels well-built and reliable. It even has a smart charging system that prevents overcharging or overheating, which is a nice touch. Built-in Fan: The integrated fan is surprisingly effective. Only complaint is how low the back strap sits on the back of your head. It causes you to have to lean back to look straight up. Otherwise, it's incredibly comfortable. Integrated fan makes a difference, too. Best of all is the battery. It sits on the back strap, held in place by 2 very strong magnets. Extra batteries are $30-40 a piece. I have 3 that sit on a charging deck on my desk. When my battery is low, I dont even have to take off the headset!! Just pop it off, grab one of the desk and pop that one on.     • Comfortable strap and good battery life.
The Pros: I use my quest3 with the Supernatural fitness game to exercise. I was looking for a head strap with a fan, and I've used BOBOVR equipment before with my quest2. The strap installs, adjusts, and tightens easily. I especially like the tightening dial on the rear of the strap - it feels solid and keeps the headset secure. The battery life is good - I run the fan at max speed while using the headset for ~25 minutes, 5 times a week. I charge the battery once a week. The Cons: My only complaint is the fan. I was hoping for a fan that would blow into the mask to keep it from fogging up, but it just blows onto your head. My workaround is angling the mask slightly forward to have a small gap at the top to the air gets inside. ... show more
