Only complaint is how low the back strap sits on the back of your head. It causes you to have to lean back to look straight up. Otherwise, it's incredibly comfortable. Integrated fan makes a difference, too. Best of all is the battery. It sits on the back strap, held in place by 2 very strong magnets. Extra batteries are $30-40 a piece. I have 3 that sit on a charging deck on my desk. When my battery is low, I dont even have to take off the headset!! Just pop it off, grab one of the desk and pop that one on. This is undoubtedly it if you're looking for an accessory that makes comfort and ease of adjustability. It simply slides on after removing the original straps, and after that, slide it on your head, and there's an adjustable knob on the back that tights or loosens it. It has an easy-to-place, hot-swappable batter on the back to create some balance (10,000mah) and fixes on using strong magnets. When the battery is in place, an adjustable rotating button on the side turns on the fan (just a simple click), and you can rotate the button to turn up or down the fan speed. The fan is at the forehead, and you feed it, and it does come in handy. A small USB C wire just next to the fan switch allows you to connect it to the headset, allowing for HOURS of gameplay without the need to charge. The headset itself, I can get a couple of hours in, but with that battery it's like double, if not more of that. Pros: Easy to install and adjust Foldable for travel and storage Hot-Swap Battery ability Adjustable fan for cooling of head Comfortable pads that are removable for cleaning or swapping You can use fan without plugging into headset, but can't use fan without battery (power does feed backwards) Cons: It causes you to wear it longer, leaving your hair a hot mess The fan will turn off after a while, so stay aware (I'm talking over an hour) The fan does not turn off when the headset turns off (this is because it's powered by the battery, not the headset) If you don't have it, you're missing out ... show more

The BoboVR S3 Pro is hands down the best accessory I’ve added to my Meta Quest 3 setup. After struggling with the stock strap, which lacked support and comfort, this head strap has completely transformed my VR experience. Comfort and Design: The S3 Pro is incredibly well-designed with a halo-style strap that distributes weight evenly across your head. The honeycomb padding at the back adds extra grip, especially during active sessions, and the customizable top pads make it easy to adjust for a perfect fit. It’s far more comfortable than the default strap or even other third-party options I’ve tried. Battery Life: The 10,000mAh battery is a game-changer. It more than doubles my playtime, giving me an additional 3–4 hours of use. The magnetic attachment system is super convenient, and the battery itself feels well-built and reliable. It even has a smart charging system that prevents overcharging or overheating, which is a nice touch. Built-in Fan: The integrated fan is surprisingly effective. I was skeptical at first, but it keeps my forehead cool during long sessions or workouts without being overly noisy. It’s especially useful for fitness apps like Supernatural—no more sweat dripping into my eyes! The fan speed is adjustable, and while it adds a bit of weight, it’s worth it for the added comfort.     • Consider before Buying
Succumbed to peer pressure and put 90 down for another headstrap. I had no issues with my Meta Elite strap, but the thought of being able to quickly swap batteries was appealing to me. In that regard the S3 Pro does not disappoint. The battery swap system is truly innovative, even if the actual battery capabilities are oversold. If you are not aware, there are numerous threads online discussing this. The headset itself is flexible enough to allow you to affix, tighten and balance the head sets in several different configurations. As far as comfort goes, the jury is still out for me. On one hand I can appreciate the "helmetlike" feel, the weight distribution, on the other, I can't help but mention this headset doesn't allow for full functionality if paired with your AMVR interface. The AMVR works, it just does not allow for the full range of motion for the headset, and it blocks the fan. Speaking of fans. not really my cup of tea, some may enjoy it. For me, noisy and a waste of battery power. This headset is not good for Laying down mode. I mean you can, but it is not better than the Elite Strap or OEM Meta Strap. My suggestion is you consider all your options before you buy. If swapping batteries and going infinite is your thing, this is a good headset. If you like the wrap around, helmet feel and weight distribution, this may be a good headset for you. If you are turned off by a company suggesting that their batteries can do more than they really can, maybe look elsewhere. One last note, if you into accessories (you probably are if you are considering a Bobo) and are considering a case, only 1 or 2 cases on the market fit the S3 Pro, and its sold by Bobovr. ... show more
