Item was delivered by FedEx on time. Item was double boxed and very well protected. Shipper is OJ Commerce. Final product construction revealed several drawer slide misalignments and some missing missing hold down screws. I contacted Seller through Amazon. Seller and I agreed to an amicable settlement after I requested consideration after receiving item in defective condition. It was 'Made in Vietnam.' OJ Commerce only had part in selling and shipping product. Despite the quality assurance being poor at manufacturer in Vietnam, OJ Commerce was prompt with responses to my inquiries! ... show more

This vanity is excellent. Bought it for my daughter for Christmas. It was easy to assemble. Most of it is already assembled and only a few screws and drilling a couple holes to attached the mirror is required. The vanity itself is good size and lots of storage in drawers. Stool is very nice, but legs are made too close together causing the stool to tip over easily.. We ordered the color silver, and it is beautiful. The tri mirror can open and close, and my daughter loves it. I can see her using this vanity for many, many years to come! The vanity is stylish and I know she will enjoy this even into adulthood. The seller, cymax, is great to deal with. I made my purchase through Amazon, and have no problems or complaints about my purchase. The vanity shipped and arrived in a timely manner, and was packaged very well. While the item arrives packaged in a large box, I did not consider the item too heavy to manage with one person. Thank you for such an awesome experience, from the time of ordering to delivery.     • Poor Quality
From outward appearance this Vanity looks good at first glance. However, upon receipt it became very clear that this products suffers from poor design, quality and materials. The primary component that secures the legs is made of pressboard that is insufficient to support the weight of the unit. Because of this there is a great danger of ripping off the legs if the unit is slid on the floor (that happened to us). As we slid the unit on a tile floor into position in our bathroom the rear leg collapsed to reveal that the underside of the unit is entirely made up off very thin pressboard that is terribly insufficient to support the overall weight of the unit. There is no reinforcement at the legs and the unit is already unstable and shaky to begin with upon assembly. I sent mine back because there is no way this piece of furniture will hold up under daily use. Additionally, the paint job is very poor in that you can see that the unit was not cleaned properly before it was painted. there were signs of sawdust or other debris under the paint.     • Beautiful Vanity! Went together in minutes.
This vanity is a great deal for the price. It looks great once it's constructed. It comes in a single, very well protected, doubled lined box. The main desk part is pre-constructed, so you don't have to worry about fiddling with drawers. Construction took maybe 20 minutes, as you only have to bolt the legs on and screw the mirror onto the unit. I only have two cosmetic complaints, which are absolutely nothing to worry about: 1) the paint is only okay at best. 2) they wrapped the stool seat in plastic before they upholstered it, so you'll have a tricky bit of time trying to remove plastic stapled to the underneath rim of the seat.     • Stool is so fragile
Stool is crooked and the screws don’t fit properly. I am sending back for a partial refund. The vanity it’s self is sturdy and awesome. Beautiful and beautiful color. I had to order another stool. More sturdy etc. the customer service doesn’t do a good job of responding to the parts replacement.

Absolutely stunning vanity! I'm so happy with the silver color, and hardly any imperfections in the wood. I was very impressed to find out that this is actually real wood, not a composite or particle board. The assembly was quite simple, but I will advise that the mirror portion does not come with pre-drilled holes, so take care to measure carefully and use a drill to drive the screws in. Assembly took about 1.5-2 hours by myself. I do wish the drawers were a bit larger, and the leg space was wider for someone with a larger bottom half, but other than that I love the design. Even my boyfriend said "That actually is really pretty," which is definitely saying something! ... show more
