Overall, I like the bands and the accessories. Shipped faster than I expected. The carabineers and handles are sturdy and have some weight to them. The door anchor is so-so but luckily since they're loop bands you can use your body as an anchoring point. One of two downsides, at least from what I've seen is the green band you see in some pictures/kits wasn't present in this one nor did I find the option to acquire it in a different kit or separately. Second is that for some exercises, I'd really recommend gloves. They can rough up your hands a bit due to their material and obviously tension (Example being bent-over-rows) during the workout. Overall, I'd give a 4. I personally would have liked a way for that one green band inclusion with a door anchor similar to that of the Underthesun's where it has the option to wrap around trees and other outside objects. Personally maybe an option to include gloves but I'm cherry picking at that point. Update: After 11 months, 1 band nearly tore through (yellow) and another (black) snapped mid-exercise. I didn't know what to expect or do, especially since it was already 11 months in, so I emailed the company and literally within 1 email they had the 2 replacement Resistance bands shipped out to me, no fussing or anything. That is solid A+ customer service and for the quality of service, I'm upping the stars to 5 as well. It's very well deserved and they'll stand by their products. ... show more

I've had this set for about a month. I've mainly been using the purple band for leg, hip and low back workouts and the set appears to be of good quality, feeling like it'll last. The kit arrived with different handles than pictured (red w/D-ring instead of black shown) and no carabiner clips or any way to connect the handles to the bands. I contacted B&B support and they were eager to help. They not only sent out a set of carabiners but a total of 4 and an extra set of handles. To clarify, they have informed me the 'black' handles in the product pics have been discontinued and the 'red' set should now be the standard. Other than the missing carabiners, which they took care of, the kit was well packaged and appear to be good quality bands. ... show more

4 stars because the rubbery smell is atrocious! It is very strong and I had to step out of the room to breathe without wanting to vomit. Other than that, these are strong and not painful - I have not had a problem yet with them! It comes with a guide with ideas for exercises

All the bands are well made. The handles are well made and comfortable to use. My only complaint is the cheap looking exercise flyer that came with it. Looks like an afterthought. All in all, very pleased with the equipment.
