Had a few issues with freight and instructions regarding 110 or 220volts. The seller was very responsive and didn’t make excuses. The instruction were wrong and they sent me new ones.     • Pretty Good and Good Looking

I really like this purchase. I'll give you the good and the bad. First, it arrives in a few very heavy containers, so be prepared to have three men and a boy standing by to help you get it to your preferred location. In my case, that was getting it to my basement. Once in the assembly location, I opened all of the packages and took a little time to read the directions, identify the parts, etc. From that, I got a bit if an idea of what was what and noticed that one of the infrared tubes was broken. Bummer, more to follow on that later. After reading everything, the assembly was fairly straightforward. There were one or two places where the instructions were not clear and I had to figure it out but nothing to get in a twist over. All the parts went together fairly well and the sauna was functional...except for the one tube that was broken. Turns out it was the one for the heater behind the legs. To the company's credit, they had a replacement out to me fairly quickly...which arrived broken. I contacted them again and they sent another one...which also arrived broken. We went through that two more times before I finally received a tube I could use. To their credit, they did not give up until we got right, so kudos for that. Funtionality wise, the sauna gets up to decent heat (120F) after about 15 minutes or so. I've had it get up to about 140 or so but to me that's almost overkill. It's not quite like a commercial sauna, but for something that you are using in your house, it's pretty good. It looks nice where we have it in the basement right outside the gym and we seem to use it pretty regularly. 4 stars from me. ... show more

    • Shipping broke several parts.

We ordered this and it wasn't a cheap buy. We purchased it for our spa. Shipping was fast however once we received all the parts and started to put everything together there was a lot of damage to it. The ceiling had holes in like someone stepped on it and it was cracked in several areas. Some of the wood panels had cracks and the floor (underneath) was cracked. The directions to put it together were not very understandable. The panel to higher and lower the temperature will not work once the sauna is heated, like it gets over heated. Bluetooth is very sketchy on it. We informed the seller and was promised a new heating panel in 3-months as the heating panel looked like it had been burnt. It's almost been a year and we have received anything back. We were also told we would receive a credit for all the damages but that never happened either! ... show more

I am so impressed with this unit. I have had it about a year, and I use it almost it every day. The health benefits are amazing as well as a way to decompress. The speakers are great, the lighting is awesome. All around.... This sauna is amazing. I am happy I got it.

I've had this for almost a year and I'm still enjoying it. It does take awhile to get near max heat of 150F°, but it is consistent and delivers on the need for a good sweat. Nice that they added colored lights, Bluetooth and an air ionizer for good measure.

I love the look and functionality of the unit. The sound is great, too! The salt blocks really set it apart from other saunas I was considering. My only complaint is the directions on assembling could be vastly improved. There was a lot of guess work and long hours that could be avoided. But, I am still very happy with this purchase. The sauna arrived in 3 boxes on a palate. The wood inside was broken in 3 places (not due to shipping but very clearly due to poor construction during the assembly process the screws on one piece pulled the wood away from the back piece. One carbon tube was shattered, the company sent a second which was also shattered (the packaging was clearly poorly done) the third one finally was intact, my husband had to hard wire the tube into the sauna you can’t just plug it in. The two side heating panels that connect to the glass had completely different wiring connectors than the wires they were supposed to plug into on the bottom. The whole thing isn’t square the door does not align straight on the top and bottom there are gaps. There’s also gaps in between the glass panels, again where things aren’t square. The weather stripping isn’t the exact right size so again leaves minor gaps. The company was prompt and communicative (which was with a non-native English speaker, and sometimes challenging due to broken English) but they did resolve the major issues and refunded me $300 of the $1800 (not including shipping) for our troubles. This took over a month of back and forth messaging before we got it working. Also the instructions were not clear. If my husband wasn’t handy/intelligent/ and had tools this would have been way worse and the average person would have had to hire someone. After all the issues the sauna works and I do love it. It gets hot (140s) after atleast an hour-hour and half heat up (during winter - it’s on my back screened in sunroom deck - 20-30 degrees). If I would have paid double this for a higher quality product I’m sure I wouldn’t have had all the issues. Two person assembly is a must. While you don’t need a dedicated circuit, I did have it heating up while also making a cappuccino on my espresso machine yesterday and blew the gfi/tripped a breaker. So make your coffee before you turn it on or get a dedicated circuit/outlet. But you get what you pay, we’ll see how long she lasts, fingers crossed. ... show more

    • I am so frustrated….
We are so frustrated with this product. First it said it was 110v power. We had everything out of packed discarded cardboard, assembled only to find out it was 220v. Had 220v wired, now the control panel is not working. Every button we push it turns power off… have no idea what to do now, how can we even return? ... show more
