The media could not be loaded. I wanted to add a bright overhead work light out in my garage but I didn’t want to pay $60 or more for a new switch as I was seeing at Home Depot. This wireless solution is much simpler and cheaper. I put adhesive Velcro on the back of the transmitter and mounted it to the wall above the normal light switch. This way I can remove it for battery replacement or carry it around if I want. I am only using one of the 3 supplied outlets. I live in the southwest so the heat in the garage may ruin the receiver eventually but then I have 2 more to go through, so it all should last a good while. The slight delay in the ignition of the light when the button is depressed is simply due to the design of the LED light itself and is not a function of the wireless switch. Overall I would say it is a very cost effective solution to the need for an extra switch. ... show more

This is a good product. Easy set up and works great. I’ve just ordered my second set. My First one’s main plug in stopped working. Maybe it’s the battery but I just ordered another for now. I’ll get another battery and check it. The other two still worked fine.

Thiss certainly works as described. It's actually pretty fun to play with. I felt like Clark Griswold when I hit the first button and the tree lit up. All three plugs work seemlessly via their corresponding button. I bought it for the Christmas tree but this will get used all year round.

Unlike some other brands (I’ve owned three), you won’t have to jab at the switch multiple times to get the light to turn on or off. (Tip: Avoid switches with a rating of 4 or less, which seem to get dinged for unreliable performance.) These work straight out of the box (no pairing necessary), but you can optionally reconfigure them. Unlike some brands, these do not block the adjacent outlet in a normal two-plug outlet. I like that the wall-mounted switch blends in and looks like a relatively normal switch—just a little bit larger than a standard-size switch plate. I also like that the BN-Link logo does not appear on the switch, as shown in the company’s photos. (I thought I was going to have to clean it off, so this is a plus.) Note that the battery comes wrapped in nearly invisible plastic—be sure to remove it before inserting the battery in the switch. ... show more
