Pros: Separate pieces, metal cord and charger holder, rubber strip to protect charging cable (on holder box) Cons: none Pics: 1. Package contents 2. Rubber to prevent wire chaffing 3. Socket installed 4. Base installed My thoughts: This set came very well packaged, and each piece separated by foam to not cause any scratches on the finish during transit. I wanted this set because it has a metal base to hold the charger (which I needed) and the cable holder and socket are 2 different parts that do not need to be mounted together. My OEM bracket is plastic and with the way the charger is setup in the garage, the charger cannot hang below the outlet due to metal conduit in the way. The metal base is attached to some 2x4s and holds the metal charger to the side without hanging from the plug anymore. The sock holds the charging connecter securely, so now I no longer have to worry about it dropping to the floor when not in use (which is why it now has nicks and dents). ... show more

This charger holder works perfectly for my level 2 EVSE. It holds the main unit, allows me to wrap the cord on the holder and secure the head into the unit as well. Everything is secure, off the floor, and readily available when needed.

I picked up the BMZX EV Charger Holder J1772 and I couldn’t be happier with it. The wall mount kit is acceptably solid and does a great job of keeping my charging cable organized. The J-Hook holds the cable securely without any sagging, and the nozzle holster fits my J1772 connector perfectly. Installation was straightforward—just a few screws and it’s good to go. Now my garage looks much tidier, and I don’t have to worry about the cable dragging on the ground. Plus, it’s built well enough for the price and feels durable enough to last, so I expect it to last a long time. If you’re looking to keep your EV charging area neat and professional-looking, this holder is definitely worth it! Highly recommend. ... show more

This EV charger holder has been a pleasant surprise for me. I recently purchased a J1772 charger, and my garage is quite cluttered with tools and other items. I often found myself accidentally bumping into the charger while carrying things around.
