This bed really is an amazing value for the money. It was easy to put together, directions were clear and there really weren't all that many parts. It's real wood, and it is stunning. It does not squeak, at all, and it feels so much more expensive then it is. I was honestly shocked. The supports are metal which is a really nice upgrade and the velcro for the slats is much more secure than any other platform bed I've put together. I am so happy I took a chance on this...I was not expecting such great quality for under $400. I rarely write reviews on Amazon, but I’m in the middle of building this bed, and I felt compelled to write. First off, I was blown away by the quality for the price. The wood is solid, sturdy, and has a beautiful natural shine. Second, the packaging was so streamlined, and everything was clearly labeled. The stickers labeling each part were even facing inward, so you don’t have to worry about peeling off the stickers and having residue stickiness because they’re all facing a direction that will never be seen when assembly is complete. Additionally, the instructions couldn’t be more clear! All to say, I thought this would take me hours to build, and I’m about half way through and it’s been 15 minutes. It's a beautiful bedframe! Took me maybe an hour to put it together by myself. Everything went together like it's supposed to. Very sturdy! Definitely worth the price!

We recently bought this for our guest room. It looks like a much higher end piece than the $400 price tag it carries. It's well made and was easy to assemble. The color is really lovely in person too. After we had it assembled I thought, "I wish it were in *our* bedroom!"

The bed was easy to build. Sadly one of the beems was dented. Luckily it was the one in the back so it will be hidden. The quality besides that is great. I think the damage was caused during transit. I contacted support they offered me a 25% refund or full refund. I'd rather not deal with shipping it back. I ordered the side tables today! ... show more

When this arrived I thought oh boy this is going to be an all day job. It was not. Everything was Labeled which is a huge help, and directions easy to follow! It took my husband about an hour he put it together by himself, so it is manageable if I was there it probably would have been easier for him to attach everything easier.
