The quality of the product is amazing and it is real wood. We bought the king size. We thought we needed to replace the mattress too, but the mattress is firm again. The product is solid. Wood is beautiful, it does smell but oy when your nose is up to the wood. Instructions were easy to follow.. definitely need 2 people to put it together. Seems sturdy. Some of the screws needed to be tightened and some seemed like they were maybe stripped and couldn't be tightened. But bolts went in easy. And seems like a quality bed. ... show more

Great value for money! Looks very nice and is very sturdy (there is a metal bar running down the middle as to where my old bed frame had a wooden bar running down the middle). So far, very pleased with this purchase. Pretty easy to assemble too!

This is a shockingly good bed for the price - a million times better and cheaper than anything you’ll get from IKEA. Very sturdy, the instructions for assembly could not have been clearer or easier to understand, and all the parts come pre-packaged and labeled according to the instructions + EXTRA screws and hardware in case you lose any (and there are no mistakes in the instructions!). I was expecting a hot mess from this bed frame but am really really happy with it and have been receiving compliments from visitors. Looks like a much more expensive MCM bed than what it actually is. My only two complaints are the slats are a little rough and could potentially give you a splinter, and the caramel color stain is not as even or consistent as I would like, but it’s not at all bad - and I’m a perfectionist - but for the price I am more than overjoyed to overlook these two things, the bed still looks great. Highly recommend if you hate fussy bed frames and just want something that looks nice and minimal and is sturdy and easy to put together. ... show more

We bought this bed frame for my daughter's room. It didn't have any reviews at the time so I was a little nervous. I see it has some other reviews now that seem good too. I just want to say this bed frame is beautiful. It is very simple, but that is what we wanted. We bought the darker stained one, which matched wonderfully with her other furniture. The texture of the wood is so smooth and solid. Her 16 yr old friend put it together for her, very simple. I don't usually write a lot of reviews, but I was so impressed that I wanted to share my happiness in the quality and beauty of this product. The bed itself is very very sturdy, I just might recommend you get rubber feet if you are placing it on a hard floor because I can tell it will slide a bit. Overall I just love this bed, so happy we bought it and it's just a wonderful addition of beautiful real wood furniture. We will be getting two more, so I hope they come in stock soon. :) ... show more
