Frame is sturdy, well made and easy to assemble. Looks high end, not cheap. Directions were easy to follow, all holes lined up and hardware was included. I put it together myself. Most importantly its one of the few wood bed frames that didnt have the Proposition 65 warning.

This was a great purchase. I had been eyeing a Thuma, and this is exceeding expectations. My son and I built it in 10-15 minutes (mainly cutting it out of the packaging). Its light to move, it looks great, and there are no squeaks or noises as I roll around in bed like other frames we've had. The 4 corners of the frame stick out a bit, and 3 of us in my family have hit a shin on it because our last frame allowed us to hung corners walking around it. I don't often write reviews, but after deliberating for weeks on which bedframe to buy, and seeing a mix of reviews on this bed, I wasn't sure what to expect. But I LOVE it! Couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. I just moved, so the bedframe was still in it's box for a couple of weeks, stuck behind other boxes. But yesterday, I finally made space to lay it all out and build it. Easy peasy. It's heavy, solid, and came with simple clear instructions. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box and started unpacking the pieces was the color and quality of the wood. Gorgeous!!! The hardware needed was clearly defined, with extra parts provided. All told ~ from opening the package to being ready to lay my mattress down, was only 1 hour! And I really took my time being careful to not make mistakes and not over-tighten anything. But to be sure it was strong and sturdy, and well-balanced. I lightly tighted everything first. And then I did somewhat of a zigzag pattern from corner to corner ~ two rounds of that ~ tightening a little more each time, until everything felt even and just the right amount of tightness (no cranking). This is a solid, and good-looking bed frame for the price. I haven't experienced any creaking issues with the bed, and assembly was a breeze. A nice added touch is that all the screw-to-wood connections are reinforced with metal that is included with the hardware to build the bed.

This product is very well made and super sleek and beautiful. I bought it in a queen size, caramel color on a Black Friday sale for a little under $200. Excellent price for what you get. I put it together in about an hour and a half by myself. It was simple but getting the screws in there and tightened can be a little challenging. The sleek design limits the movement of the allen wrench to tighten but it’s not too much of a problem for something I’m just going to have to do once, or until I move. On a personal note, I wish the slats were a little more recessed so the bed sits in deeper. Beyond that, the Velcro stripping and dowel slotting are great design to prevent squeakiness, unnecessary movement, and boost stability. Overall this bed frame gets a 10/10 from me so far! ... show more

Aesthetically this bedframe is nice. It’s very easy to assemble and very heavy when delivered. Where it locks into itself, the corners stick out so much that when I’m making the bed I tend to hit my knee on it. Even when pushed all the way up against the wall, there is a gap between the mattress and the wall where my pillow will sometimes fall. We wanted to love this bed frame. The frame arrived and as we soon found out, the head to one of the support beams was split and splintered, making the frame not even remotely viable. I worked with an Amazon representative, who were fantastic, to get into contact with the supplier of the product so that we could get a replacement beam. Upon getting in contact with Yes4all LLC, we received a shady automated response asking for more information, information that was already provided in the email that started the point of contact. Redundantly, I sent the same information again, no response. My wife went through the same process, received the same shady automated message, supplied them with the same information, still nothing. Suffice to say, there has still been no contact from Yes4all LLC, and I do not believe there will be from here on out. Most furniture companies I've worked with, specifically with wooden furniture, have always been able to replace specific parts that have arrived broken, this is something that I had believed is a pretty standard practice for engaging with consumers that are buying online and not in a physical store. Things happen, companies have a way to respond, good or bad. This company didn't deliver, in more ways than one. Like I said, the frame looks nice, but, I wouldn't trust the company or even the product in the long term. This appeared to be a simple fix from the perspective of Yes4all LLC, but I can assure you, communication with their organization is a nightmare and they will not help you. It's a gamble, but if you received a broken part, I would contact Amazon immediately and return the whole thing, Amazon will take care of you. I'd say, go for something else, customer support is important to me, and Yes4all LLC doesn't even have a real person on the other end. Good luck with your bed frame shopping. ... show more
