I am so pleased with this 2 in 1, I returned 2 other ones previous to this one because they were extra slow and non existence audio, even though they were GOOD Brands, One of them stop working after 40 days! anyhow this beauty is sturdy, somewhat light, the screen resolution is great for my needs ( emphasis on for MY needs ) the keyboard lights up, Thanks god because I would have returned it if NOT, my sight is not that good.     • Bad Customer Service UPDATE: Renewed faith in Customer Service
My wife needed a budget laptop for work and the price seemed right on this one. Worked fine for the first 5 months but now will not boot - can't even get to a BIOS. It's kind of hard to tell if it's a charge issue but I see a small green light illuminated when plugged in. I've hooked it up to my Dell Thunderbolt docking station to see if that was the issue but it apparently was not. I emailed their customer support and received no reply. Can't recommend I'm afraid. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: After writing this review I was contacted by Bailey with BMAX who quickly offered to exchange my busted rig for a new one. She was quick to reply to my messages and shipped out a new laptop as soon as the old one was received (they even paid for the return shipping which was nice). New laptop is running great so far and Bailey said to contact her directly should I have any issues. Changed from one star to 4 stars but I must say they were quite clear that I was under no obligation to do so - it was explicitly stated in their initial contact with me that under no circumstances should I feel compelled to amend my review. ... show more

This machine is amazing. Upgraded to Windows 11 (it took a few weeks before I got the upgrade notification). I did dual boot to install Linux Ubuntu and Windows, and both work great, all drivers worked for both operating systems. This is the best value & quality touch screen computer with 8gb RAM you can get. I'm using it as a wireless surround audio system via bluetooth on ubuntu and it does the job I'd expect. ... show more

I purchased the item I did not receive all the charging parts. So I called and correct plug adapter was sent. Thank you. After a week the item would not turn on even when plugged in and I was send a replacement. Thank you. Now that I got the replacement I’m actually using the item since my April purchase and it’s July. Now I’m the replacement, I realize the volume is extremely weak even at 100. I often had to use a Bluetooth for a decent sound that had some treble. The sound was extremely flat with no bottom or depth. I returned the item and 86 dollars was taken for an unexplained reason. I paid 429 including tax for the item to have a percentage taken away bc I was no satisfied with the purchase . No thank you ... show more

I got this BMX 13 in January 2023 and the only complaint I have is the USB C Port stopped working almost two weeks in. My fault that I didn’t follow up with support. But listen. This does just about everything my Apple MacBook Air. I stupidly have, dropped it, knocked it off the table, spilled on and I can’t say enough about the durability of this Windows 11 laptop. I think I got a deal on Amazon for $299.00. It’s incredible for the money for kids, students, gaming, movies and so much more. I say do it! ... show more

It feels like a pretty good laptop. It works pretty well too. So far it's pretty good. It comes with Windows 10 Pro (64bit). It's also very slim, pretty sturdy, and strong. The only thing is you may need to keep the backlight on for the keyboard. It's sometimes not easy to see the letters on the keyboard without the backlight but otherwise, it's all good! Not bad. I was looking for a good cheap 2 in 1 and I found it. I never heard ogBmax, but I've been pleasantly surprised. I wish it were larger, but that said the size isn't too bad. The scrren is responsive, the spees is good. It comes with awindows 10 pro instead of home, which is good. It is very light weight, but has a metal body which is cool. A couple if cons. The microsd card reader is problematic. Ive actually had to replace the device once because it ate the card. It lodged in a way that wasnt retrievable. When I got the replacement I was very careful and have no intent of ever removingbit. The speakers suck, but it connects to a bluetooth speaker well. Also when you use it as a tablet the keyboard doesnt shut off. So if its resting in your hand the keys get pressed and if the curser is in an input field it will type which is stupid. It should have a switch or something. All in all Im glad I bought it. Also the OS is full windows not the tablet "S" version. You can download and use programs not just apps. I made sure of that.
