I really wanted to love this for our 3 year old. Truth is; it’s extremely small. Like, he’s 3 and looks like a giant on it. It goes so extremely slow and the battery died every 5 minutes. He was disappointed because it was from Santa and we wanted him to LOVE it and he did, until he asked us 1 month later if we could give it away because Santa gave him a broken one that was to small and he thinks it was supposed to be for his 1 year old brother because it’s so small. Product is best for 18 months up to MAYBE 3 years old depending on your child’s size. My son is 34 inches tall and he just turned 2, his feet are size 8 and with shoes on he can’t keep his feet flat on it. It’s actually super slow, like slow walking speed, and it doesn’t do the best in grass or dirt, better for inside, asphalt or sidewalks. It was pretty easy to put together though. My son is happy with it regardless, but he is use to faster things and wanted it to go faster. We will probably end up keeping it since we have another boy on the way. The pedal area is way too short, my 21 months old boy who wears a size 6 shoes has to angle his feet to be able to push the pedal. It's quite disappointing because I expect he could lay his feet flat in there. Battery life is good - as described. Runs for up to 45 minutes to an hour. Probably runs longer if one uses it only on Paved areas. Speed - very slow, I understand it's made this way for safety but my son just is not contented with the speed. Bumper - constantly in the way and not well made, on first use, it broke, it stills in the car but is loosely attached It works ok in grasses and dirt, just not as fast, and you need to clear the area so there are no stones or branches and other obstacles . Price - it's quite pricey, considering the materials are not well made. Assembly - straightforward, very easy to assemble Regardless of the aforementioned flaws/discontentment, my son still have fun with it. The atv is like a medium for us for more bonding ... show more
