So far I have purchased three bluetti systems AC3000 with four batteries. The systems have been running flawlessly for over two years and we now save an average $125 a month on electric. We also have peace of mind when there’s a storm, and the electric goes out that we can run our refrigerators and freezers and our pellet stove. we have lighting that’s plugged into the system, TVs, Internet, radios, all of our small appliances, coffee pots, griddles and small electric pots that we run on it. it’s nice knowing that we have peace of mind, knowing that we can run the system every day and take care of all the things that we need to run in the house even the washer dryer combo we are now 80% off the grid. It’s nice knowing that I don’t have to run outside to turn on the generator. I can wait a day or two days after the weather passes, whether it’s snow, rain, whatever it is and I don’t have to deal with a generator. I did buy a small inverter generator to charge the system if the need arises, I also did get a government rebate on my taxes for buying the systems. I can’t say enough good things about it.     • Great for power outages

I have 2 of these. 1 has 2 B300 batteries and lasts about 4 hours running a portable A/C unit. The one with the pair of B300K batteries doesn't last as long, but for a TV and a fan, it'll last for several hours. I'm thinking of plugging my fridge into it and using the generator to charge it during the next outage. This thing is heavy (the batteries are the bulk). I have to make 3 trips to load it. It charges fast off wall power. Solar is slower. I haven't tried charging off of the truck. Catch these on sale. Buy an extra B300K or 3. B300 is no longer made. Bluetti runs a lot of sales. I'm probably going to get 4 more B300Ks to max out both units. ... show more

Great while it lasted. Unit appears to have completely discharged and will not reboot even while plugged into the wall outlet. Sent note regarding warranty and waiting on response. Sept 2024 purchase

    • What a monthly electric bill saver

I purchased this to help me get off grid during the peak energy hours when our rates quadruple. It took awhile to figure out how much battery capacity I needed to get through the 4 hours of peak time. The fact that this is expandable is what sold me. After figuring out how much I need, I was able to add two more batteries. You can set it up like a UPS for your whole electrical system. It passes through current during the day & then kicks in when the rates go up & takes everything off grid. Then when the rates go back down, it allows pass through again. This allows it to recharge on cheap electricity while taking me off grid when it's expensive. It can also accommodate solar so when I make that upgrade then I can cut my grid use even farther. You can expand up to 12,000 KW so it can work for smaller places or, like in my case, in an RV. If you are not inclined to build an install a whole inverter battery system for your RV, this is so much easier. Just plug it in, program it & you are ready to go. ... show more

I waited to write this review until the problem was resolved. I am now very happy with the purchase. It is expensive, but Bluetti has a great reputation. When my AC300 and B300 arrived, the system would not come on. I called customer service, who asked me to send an email and attach a video. From that point on, all communication went through emails. I was asked to perform troubleshooting tasks and send videos. After several of these, Bluetti sent a call tag and I had to repackage the AC300 (40 pounds) and take it to a Fed Ex location to send it back. After a few days, they sent me a new AC300. We hooked everything up, and it still wouldn't work. More emails, more troubleshooting tasks were given to me with instructions to take video and send it back to them. Eventually, they sent a call tag for the B300, and I repackaged and took it to the Fed Ex drop location. It was very heavy - roughly 80 pounds. After a few days, they sent me a new B300, and this time, it worked. Yaaay! All of this took several weeks. Customer service responded politely and appropriately to every email. The problem was corrected to my satisfaction. I like the product, and although it took a long time to get it working, I am glad I purchased this unit. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. After All the reviews I read, I pulled the trigger on the AC300/B330K with the Bluetti car charging system. I Just received the AC300 and tried to power it up and it doesn't power up at all. I then tried to plug in to let it charge for a few hours thinking it was just too low on its charge and it's still showing no signs of life. So now I am stuck with a brand-new power station that is a big Black brick and have to deal with all the hassle of getting it replaced or fixed through Bluetti. This is also something I didn't know is that once it is delivered, you CAN NOT RETURN IT TO AMAZON. This pertains to just the batteries not the Bluetti 1 faster car charger unit. 1/5/25 Bluetti tech contacted me and gave 4 things to check. After that the sales team sent me a paid shipping label to send the AC300 back for a replacement unit. They have been outstanding to work with to get this issue figured out. Will update when the new unit comes in. 1/17 Just received the new Bluetti AC300 and it's working good. The company did a great job getting this issue cleared up. Abbie was outstanding to work with giving clear instructions on what to do and what to expect during this time. Would I buy this again...Hell yes. ... show more
