So far I have purchased three bluetti systems AC3000 with four batteries. The systems have been running flawlessly for over two years and we now save an average $125 a month on electric. We also have peace of mind when there’s a storm, and the electric goes out that we can run our refrigerators and freezers and our pellet stove. we have lighting that’s plugged into the system, TVs, Internet, radios, all of our small appliances, coffee pots, griddles and small electric pots that we run on it. it’s nice knowing that we have peace of mind, knowing that we can run the system every day and take care of all the things that we need to run in the house even the washer dryer combo we are now 80% off the grid. It’s nice knowing that I don’t have to run outside to turn on the generator. I can wait a day or two days after the weather passes, whether it’s snow, rain, whatever it is and I don’t have to deal with a generator. I did buy a small inverter generator to charge the system if the need arises, I also did get a government rebate on my taxes for buying the systems. I can’t say enough good things about it. It's important to understand that no electronic device is going to be problem-free. There will be issues from time to time, which is why vendors release firmware updates. As an I.T. professional, I keep my products updated, because I know the vendors know more than me about what's going on with the internal firmware of their products. However, sometimes firmware doesn't work as intended. That was the situation I had with my BLUETTI Portable Power Station AC300 & B300. I ran into a questionable situation, and others online recommended checking for an update. After applying the update, the immediate problem was fixed, but I ran into a new one. The PV (solar) input was no longer charging above 250W, even though formerly it would get up to as much as 1.1KW. I reached out to support, and they responded quickly, kept me updated, and provided me with an update to the firmware on one of the components. All of this happened within a few days total. With many vendors, it takes weeks of back and forth, fighting to make your point. Anson was the name of the representative who helped me, and Anson was extremely professional, direct and concise with communication, and provided first-response resolution to my issue.     • Dead on Arrival - Twice

I ordered an AC300 and B300 on July 8, 2024 which was delivered on July 16. The unit was almost dead on arrival. It would appear to turn on without a display. I was able to connect with both WiFi and bluetooth but it would not charge the battery. I worked with tech support that wanted me to apply a firmware patch that I never received. In the course of trying to resolve that , the AC300 failed to start. Then we went through the process of proving the B300 would take a charge. All the while tech support wanted videos which I made showing them how I tested and that the AC300 green light and display would not come on. They finally agreed to send a replacement unit which was delivered Aug 14. After returning from vacation today I attempted to power up the replacement but it is totally dead on arrival. So now I'm waiting to see what tech support is going to do. When I checked my dates with Amazon I noticed they posted that my deadline for returns was Aug 10 so they didn't give me a full month. So far I am very disappointed with Bluetti. I will update this when I get a resolution from Bluetti. Update 27 Aug 2024 Worked with support again and appears to be working. May have an intermittent battery cable. After trying multiple configurations of the battery cable connection it is working and it is back to the original configuration and still working. Also had strange issues with the bluetooth connection but apparently was able to re-pair with a very cold restart. ... show more

I live in an area that has experienced several electrical blackouts during the last year which lasted up to twelve hours. By using three Bluetti Power Stations (EB 40, 70, and 150) I was able to keep my house alarm system, internet modem and router, and small TV active during the two blackouts. After the last blackout I began a search for a larger and more capable power station to be able to keep my deep freezer functioning for a prolonged period to preserve all the expensive meat and frozen items. My research led me to seek a new power station that had a large capacity LiFePO4 battery- known for its safety, long life, and ability to deep discharge without damage. Also important was some portability and solar recharging. The product that best met my criteria was the Bluetti AC300 + B300 Power Station. The Master Module and the battery are separate units and can stack and are connected for use by a supplied cable. Each unit was able to be moved around my house using a furniture dolly and then quickly reassembled for use. Because the system is modular, up to three more batteries can be added in the future. After my initial assembly, I charged it up to 100% in a short period of time using the AC input and then connected the AC300 control unit to my iPhone using the user friendly Bluetti app and also my home wifi system. I now have the ability to monitor the system remotely. I spent the next several days using the new Bluetti System in emergency situations to assess its capabilities. First, I moved it to my garage and plugged in my freezer (155 W intermittent) and ran it for 24 hours without any recharging. Next I added two solar panels to test the solar recharging and pass thru power ability. Over there next day thanks to the sun, I was able to keep the freezer running and partially recharge the battery. I next recharged my electric bicycle batteries which went well. Next was my 12 V refrigerator which could run for an extended time with some solar assist. My CPAP which uses 24 V DC ran perfectly even using the heated hose and humidifier. Lastly, my wife and I used it as a massive recharging station. I can't say enough about the versatility and power of the new Bluetti Home Backup System. I will now store it in my house near an AC plug and keep it around d 70% for storage because I know that I can use solar if needed for recharging. I am totally pleased about the build quality, ease of use, portability, safety, and peace of mind that I am much better able to cope with a future long term power outage. ... show more
