First of all, I did not realize for me to print my labels from my selling platforms…I’d have to first download them in to the printers app, THEN print them. I was under the impression that the Bluetooth would be connected to my phone( which it is) and then I’d be able to print directly from any of my selling pages. Having to take a picture of the label, then open the new app, then download the label on to the app is 3 steps too many for me to have to deal with. Second of all, IT NEVER EVEN STAYED COMNECTED TO THE BLUETOOTH! I had to reconnect it everytime I even I attempted to print a new label. Great product! Changed my shipping game! Easy setup through Bluetooth, not so easy on laptop. Comes with installation program on flash drive. Make sure you save label as PDF. That may be obvious to some, but I'm a little dumb to tech stuff. Doesn't perfectly place next label after fresh print, but does get usable labels out. I'll use this one til I can afford an upgrade.     • Picks & chooses when it wants to work
I like this printer but it picks & chooses when it wants to work. Some days it works, some days its doesn’t which delays shipping for me & my shop. I have no clue why some days it just doesn’t work, i turn it on & off and try to re set it but nothing works then the following day or so it will work again like normal. Not sure what the issue is but i’d look elsewhere especially if you print labels frequently! ... show more

Omg, where has this been all my life?! Being a Depop seller that basically ships out cute clothes all the time, this Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer is seriously a GAME CHANGER! ???? Setup and use it super easily, didn't even need help (and I'm *not* tech-savvy lol). I mean, I can print labels right from my phone; hello, convenience?! Connection is very bad it will eat up all your paper and literally just keeps printing the same thing over and over even after you disconnect which is crazy . There’s definitely an issue with the printer not worth it . I was soooooo sad because I was so excited for this .
