I use bluetooth devices a lot because I prefer hands free calling. This is by far the best bluetooth I've ever used. It's lightweight and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I bought this headset for work. No heavy on my head while I work when I’m in the car drive a lot while I’m on the phone talking sometimes her work sometimes to my mom. But it’s really convenient because it’s a charging case and you can use it to the computer because it has dongle Bluetooth so if you don’t have Bluetooth on your computer, it makes it work easy just plug into the USB. It’s extremely lightweight. The connection is perfect. There’s no echo, I really had a good experience with this one. I used all day for work and I never had one problem. I always get this brand of Bluetooth headset. I can’t stress enough how comfortable these are. They are designed to stay in your ear without making your ear sore. This item along with the others the company offers are durable and don’t break if they fall out of your ear. The noise canceling is superb. I have bought the ones from the big box retailers and big box office stores and they make your ear sore, fall out and give static. Icomtofit does not. The media could not be loaded. I bought it to make calls because my job consists of making calls all day, feels very light on my ear, I hear very well and doesnt bother on the ear. This earpiece has been easy to pair with my phone. The box comes with a little fold out with detailed instructions, replacement parts, and usb parts. I love that you can actually see how much battery power the headset has left on the outside of the case. I love how much technology has improved, even when it comes to a headset. This headset earpiece is truly great. It fits comfortably in your ear, and is adjustable in all directions for a custom fit. The case not only stores the earpiece, but charges it as well. You can also plug a USB C connector directly into the earpiece to charge it. Battery is long lasting, only needs charged every few days. I use it for my help desk job, and it is loud and clear with speaking and listening. The boom mic is totally adequate for its length.
