Right out of the box this chair surprised me with a mousepad as a “thank you card” a pair of gloves to put it together and an easy to read instruction manual. I bought this new computer chair because I was very unhappy with my other cheaper chair. I came to realize that if I need to sit on a chair more than 2 hours a day, it'd better be a comfortable one. I'm glad I pulled the trigger on this chair. It feels like a life quality improvement. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble it, fairly easy process. But be advised, the job can be alot easier if you use a magnetic screw driver. The small bolts can be very difficult to hold in place when assembling the side panels. I was looking for a high-backed desk chair for my home office. I've found that the mid-range desk chairs I've bought in the past have a number of deficiencies not the least of which is that they usually fall apart after 3-4 years of constant use. Because I wanted a high-back chair that would support a larger/heavier person, I ended looking at gaming chairs. I initially settled on a higher-end chair that appeared to have all the features I wanted (i.e. high-back, 250-lbs capacity, steel frame, reclinable, good padding, lumbar support, superior quality material) but was scared off at the last minute by customer reviews (which were fair to poor.) Instead, I looked at this chair which had most of the same features (though the arm rests aren't 3D) but hundreds of dollars cheaper. Thinking that this would be at least as good as chairs I've bought in the past (if not a little better) I went ahead and purchased it. After I received the chair and started assembling it, I was immediately impressed with the quality of construction. Not only are the base and frame steel, but so are the arm rests and supports attaching the back to the seat. Many (most?) chairs at this price point use hardened plastics for the attachments which are the weak points. By using steel, this chair feels very solid and I expect it to last longer than any I've before. Comfort-wise its pretty decent for an office chair. Gaming chair aficionados might consider it too stiff or not padded enough, but it's precisely what I want and need. ... show more

I like this gaming chair too much. Installation is easy. The drawings are very clear. The most intimate thing is that it is equipped with gloves. There is also a mouse pad. Very good. Delivery is very fast. The back waist cushion is very comfortable. And the neck The pillows are also very comfortable. When you are tired, you can adjust the angle of the chair at any time. She doesnt game, but does office & photography work. I ordered this chair, it was easy to assemble without the need for instructions and all the tools were included. Love this chair, it is very large and confortable. It seems to hold my weight just fine, and I dont hear any skeaking nor craking when I seat on this chair. I am 6 '2" and weight 200lb, abd I think this is perfect for me. I used to have a Respawn gaming chair, but I returned because I felt I was going to break it just by sitting it. The Blue Whale gaming chair feels more sturdy. The pillows that came with it are very basic but the lumbar support pillow with massage is a plus. First off, while pulling the pieces out of the box I noticed the material and construction of each piece is excellent! The addition of the cotton (with grip) gloves is a very nice and professional touch. Putting the chair together was too easy. I absolutely love this chair! Comfortable, sturdy, and looks amazing! Not only do you get a headrest pillow, but the lumbar massage pillow sets it off, with it's multiple settings and very long cord. I will most likely buy another for my son. Chair arrived about a month after purchase but was due to demand I believe. Box it came in was undamaged but the plastic covers for the sides were packed w/ the metal components which you can see by the pics was bad idea...the covers were crushed. Assembly was easy and I was amazed by the hardware. The bolts are like grade 8 bolts you would find in securing a bed to a pick-up truck. Instructions are easy to follow and it took about 20min to put everything together. The chair itself is very sturdy and comfortable. I game for around 6-8 hours a day and I'm very pleased with the comfort level and adjustments this chair offers. I'm a big guy (6ft 280lbs) and this chair just feels solid so I'm hoping for a long lasting relationship :) Also the chair came with some extras! mouse pad and gloves. My only complaint would be the arm rests. They're functional but they offer no padding(hard foam). ... show more
