We use the tape to mark areas on the floor for a project we work on. The tape is easy putting down and taking up.

I would not recommend this to be used on baseboards. It left sticky residue on them when I took it off. On the other hand I used it in the garage to tape down the 4mil plastic sheathing and it worked great to keep the pieces together.
