I ended up buying the bright type of coffee. It is very light I think next time I’ll go a little higher in the caffeine level. If you want it to be a little stronger, you have to use a little more of this particular type.

Very bitter, funky tasting stuff. I enjoy dark-roasted flavorful coffees like Death Wish, dark Starbucks blends and rich Italian blends. I'm a cream and sugar coffee drinker from Seattle, WA, so that may have influenced my preferred coffee choices. This coffee is very complex and might be good choice for black coffee, and espresso drinkers, but again just not my cup of coffee. EXPENSIVE too at over $25/lbs, yikes. ... show more

I love Blue Bottle Coffee. If you have ever visited one of their cafes, you likely have drank the kool-aid. The cafes are chic, the baristas are the experts in the field, and the final part of the experience is the coffee which is the most smooth coffee you’ll ever taste.
