This DVD/Blu-ray does not have a remote with a TV input so therefore you need two different remote control sitting next to you in order for the damn thing to work I do not recommend you try and contact Support and they don’t get back with you I’ve been waiting over a week now and I’ve got no response at all I do not recommend this product at all ... show more

I like the fact that it not only has an HDMI output, but also AV and optical. It is replacing one I use with an older TV that doesn't have an HDMI input. The Blu-ray player also has aspect adjustments for playing non-wide screen videos and can upgrade playback of regular DVDs. I have no idea about the durability of this device since I just got it. This player works, but certain discs that have special features, like angle viewing or commentary; the little icons for them will NOT go away while you're trying to watch the disc. It's very distracting to try and watch something but there's little icons in the corner of the screen that will not go away no matter what Google search says fixes the problem. According to my search; this particular brand of player is known for having that issue and there's just nothing that can be done about it. Some will evidently go away if you "select an angle" but I tried that and it made the player all sorts of mad. I guess that's what I get for buying a player that doesn't cost $150+ 🤷🏻♂️ I will be looking for a better behaved one and using this one as a bedroom backup. ... show more
