Bought one. Loved it so ordered another. Easy to install. Magnetic strips hold light. They attach anywhere with sticky surface on bottom of magnet. Metal on bottom of light strip then adheres to metal strip. We also used small screws just to be sure but probably not needed. Strip gives off bright light. We used them in 2 closets where we had ceiling lights and upper and lowere racks. . The LED strip allows us to see clothing by putting them on wall opposite lower hanging rack. They would also work mounted on ceiling. Also loved the rechargeable feature with usb cord included. Price was right too! Didn’t use motion detectors but chose to turn on/off . I put these in a small closet that didn't have any lights and they are perfect! I used the easy-to-install magnet plates with adhesive tape and they hold tight and have not failed. I could not use screws in this area so having the option to use only the adhesive tape was ideal. It is so easy to take the lights down to charge. I like these so much I ordered a second set to put up in my new travel trailer for areas that don't have light switches for the lights. Now, I have handy remote controls to turn lights on and off! At the recommendation of my electrician, I ordered magnetic under cabinet lights for my kitchen. He suggested motion detection and I'm so glad I took his advice. You charge the light, it sticks on by magnet and the night motion detection works great. It's so cool to walk into the kitchen and have the lights come on when I walk by. They don't stay on long. They charge easily and quickly with the provided USB cable. One wasn't working right and I reached out to replace it, the seller responded quickly and the light was immediately replaced. Before I bought this, I had a light that required 4 batteries to work and it lasted ONE WEEK. I was shocked. I bought this rechargeable light instead on Feb 22, and I'm writing this review June 3- the day I finally need to recharge it. It lasted over 3 months. 3 freaking months. I love it.

Totally happy with these lights. I put them in our lazy susan cabinet and pantry cabinet. Both of which are quite deep and very dark. These guys were perfect for the job. Have them set to motion/daytime so that they don't affect each other if one comes on first. Opening our cabinet doors triggers them to turn on. Nice amount of light from a short LED strip. You can change the color temperature, set the amount of "off" delay time (if you want). The default setting turns them off after about 12 seconds of not sensing any motion. Super easy installation with the stick on metal plates. The LED strips are magnetic, so if you need to recharge them, just pluck them out of the cabinet and charge them up. Comes with remote controls (2). Nice for fine tuning the features but not really needed for me. Hopefully, they'll last quite awhile. Totally worth the price to get our cabinets lit up. Beats the alternative of trying to set up a power supply, running wires, figuring out a door switch that can handle the needed current, etc.. Nice product. ... show more
