I have owned a ton of the super-stupidly-overpriced cigar lighters in the past and they all fail in at most 2 years. This torch is as tough as coffin nails and takes a s-ton of abuse and keeps on firing up my stogies.

This is a nice torch. Larger than most, physically, but similar power. That lends itself to smoking drinks, but not creme brulee'. It lights easy stays lit and has a nice adjustment.

I love this torch. I use it to start my fire for my outdoor pizza oven. It’s easy to use and I like that it has a lock so that I don’t have to worry about anyone accidentally lighting it when I’m not using it. So far I’ve filled it only once but I wish that there was some way to tell when the fuel goes out other than just not lighting any more. Other than that this is a great torch. And for the price it can’t be beat ... show more

I love this torch! I often burn Palo Santo wood for cleansing spaces and this is the best lighter for that. It's such solid weight construction, super easy to fill, great safety switch, and has a strong consistent flame. This would be great for emergency/camping/survival, and cooking (like toasting creme brulee), too. Highly recommend! ... show more

Very easy to use. I love using this for melting cheese on the top of my meals that I cook. No more needing to take an already hot meal and microwave it to make it unbearably hot just to get the cheese melted. Only slight nuisance about this product is that you have to give it a good shake every single time in order to get the flame going. For me it's no big deal but I can see someone who has a bad shoulder having problems with needing to shake this thing every single time before you use it in order to get the flame going. But, despite that slight nuisance, I still absolutely love using this thing for melting stuff! ... show more
