I like this torch because it lights every time, torches that came before would stop working, work now and then,just not reliable. I don't care much for the filler port, seems s lot of gas escapes. I really loved this product, it came very nicely packaged & displayed in very nice box that is that would be most definitely a nice gift for any type of smoker cigar, weed, tobacco pipe, bong, etc... The feel was so comfortable innmy hand with the pistol style grip and the trigger to ingnite the flame had a sturdy & not too soft or too hard feel which along with ease of use and the fact that I want to buy at least 2 or 3 more for some close friends should say it all.!! Now, I see thi item is currently unavailable but I'm checking the page & hoping to see it available again very soon.!!     • Butane spews everywhere!

O bought this torch for a cigar torch. First, when adding butane more spews out than goes in. Next, I thought when you squeeze the trigger and hear the click the flame comes out, release and the flame goes out. You have to turn on the fuel to use and turn off when your done. If you forget to turn off the fuel it will continue to run. I guess it's more practical for using in the kitchen, not so much for cigars. I love the look and the feel, but the fact that the fuel goes everywhere when trying to fill torch was a deal breaker for me. ... show more

This is the second time I've purchased this torch. The first was the all black, and not that it was faulty. It just needed to be replaced after everyday wear and tare. Its a great, reliable torch. with great weight and power. And an absolute steal for the price of the blue handle vs the black or red. Honestly if they haven't adjusted the price from $9.99 its totally worth it! ... show more

    • Butane Sprays All Over When Filling

First off. The manual states that the torch ships without any fuel in it yet when I clicked it out of the box, flame came out. So that already makes me think this is a returned item from someone else. Figured it looked ok and it worked so oh well. Once I used up the fuel inside, I went to add some butane and came across an issue. I’m using butane that has a longer spout and works in my many other lighters, including another Promise product, but when used on this, butane sprays all over and drips down the side. Tried different canisters to be sure but the valve isn’t messed up. This further makes me question if I was sent a lemon that was previously returned. Another reviewer had a video that shows exactly as I describe. Move on from this one. My other promise products have been good. Disappointed in this one. I unfortunately opened this at a later date from when I bought it so I think my window has closed. Hopefully Promise will make this right if indeed customer satisfaction is important to them. ... show more

Ever so comfortable! This torch exceeds expectations..ive used this model daliy for nearly a year now with absolutly no issue..Any issues stated by others must be user error cause its been my main used torch and hasnt dropped in its utility a bit..*if used often enough a callous will develope between thumb & pointer fingies*..it does have a rather small gas reservoir as it is a themed tool but keep a butane reserve at your station and you will have no issue "reloading the magazine";) The company Zoocura has good customer service if needed and provide a 1 YEAR WARRANTY ALONGSIDE A 1 MONTH MONEY-BACK to all customers. Also if you log in to their official website and register you can get extra VIP customer support service as well as eight months no return needed replacement. All the while I get to feel like R.Kelly in the closet everytime "I PULL OUT MY GUUUNN" ... show more
