I just want to start off by saying, my husband and I are tall and heavy people(over 6 ft. 250 lbs+)... Having said that, this adjustable bed is Heaven sent!. It has made going to bed and watching TV Wonderful!. Being able to adjust your head and or feet or both is great. The massage feature is a plus (not a deep tissue Massage) the light vibration is comforting. This adjustable bed is for a platform bed not a bed with a head board. This bed requires a solid foundation to rest on. For an additional small fee $80.00 you can purchase an extended warranty. I was buying a new mattress that could be put on an adjustment frame. The mattress vendor had like frames but they were quite a bit more expensive. I bought this it was delivered to my garage and my son and a friend put it on my frame bed. Once I put the mattress on it it has been absolutely wonderful. I went from a waterbed (30 years) to a new Sleep Number. As similar as they should be I just couldn't get comfortable. Having the 2 drawer pedestal that I wanted to retain I could not use the adjustable base that Sleep Number offered. I ended up trying the Blissful Night and it totally made the Sleep Number work. Still took a little trial and error but now lifting the head up slightly, going back to one pillow and increasing the air pressure the bed now works for me. The bed was pretty easy to assemble other that the loop at the bottom to hold the mattress in place didn't fit exactly as I though it should it was pretty much just set it in place, unfold and plug in the cords. It's a really niche use case of putting an adjustable bedframe on top of an 18" platform frame for a bed, but this does exactly what I wanted. Tons of storage under my bed, and I have a great adjustable bed on top. It's perfect for playing video games with my girlfriend on the mounted TV. This bedframe makes me feel like I'm a lot richer than I really am lol. Massage features are noticeable, even through a thick mattress, but you probably won't care about them as much as you think you might. It's still cool to have, but don't expect the massage to be game changing for pain or super relaxing or something. I could totally see the adjustability being helpful for someone who needs elevated legs/head/etc. Adjustable bedframes are PERFECT for people like me who tend to build big stacks of pillows before sleeping because you like having an angle. ... show more

I used an adjustable bed for 20 years but moved into a motor home and was stuck with a flat bed. I found this bed with zero clearance (necessary on an rv platform bed), wrestled it into place (was a challenge for one person) and have been impressed (and sleeping much better) ever since. Much smoother, quieter than my previous unit and has many more functions. Remote is great, massage (which I didn't care about) is great too. Materials and craftsmanship are top notch.
