***Update while trying this jacket on I zipped down the sleeve zipper down and it looks like there’s some dried food or snot -disgusting!! Disappointing Amazon.*** The jacket is worth every penny for quality and price point on sale. I bought this jacket in sizes XS/S to figure out which would fit better.     • Love the French Taupe color!!!
Size: Medium Color: French Taupe
I was so excited to get this jacket in the French Taupe. For reference, I am 5'2", 127 lbs., 34DD, and wear petite sizes; usually an xs or small. I got the medium based on reviews. I think different colored jackets are sized differently, because some say the arms are short, some say it's tight, and some say it fits snug, some say large. On me, the medium jacket was huge in the chest and waist, and the sleeves almost covered my hands. The color was beautiful and it had a mild, wonderful suede smell. So I returned it and ordered a small in the herb, since small in French Taupe was sold out. The small herb was like a Barbie jacket on a gorilla. So back it went, and a small was available in the French Taupe. I worried it would also be super tight, but WAH LAH! A perfect fit! So I was right. Some colors are just bigger or smaller, and if you have the patience you just have to keep trying until one fits. Too bad there wasn't a store with all colors and all sizes, but it was worth being patient for. Third time was a charm! I am happy with the color and fit, AND I can zip it or leave it open. It's so pretty!!!! You may have to order and reorder, but it's worth it, and the price can't be beat!!! ... show more

I had bought an olive juice that was hunter green horrible and absolutely hate it ! but cuz it was so well made and a style I like .. I gave this company one more chance.. got the French taupe and I really like it a lot ! And this one is a keeper ! I’m usually a medium but cuz of reviews I got large and it actually fits as I would hope like a medium sooo size up girls and b mindful of some of the colors they offer! In the end tho I’m happy with my French taupe jacket - now I need to go thru the hassle of returning that hunter green nightmare I have sitting in an Amazon box which sucks - oh btw that green one must had been returned b4 it got to me cuz the taupe one had a tag and all the metal was nicely covered in tissue paper - the green one did not have anything like that ... show more

    • Would be Perfect but wrinkles make it look old!!!

The jacket is for the most part a good & lovely purchase. A very rich tone of grey with soft but substantial weight. I am 5' 4" tall and about 105 lbs. The size small fits very well with a bit of room for a sweater. Sadly, I do need some advice about how to get all the wrinkles out out. They are just enough to make it look too "scruffy" and old. I know it is brand new, but the wrinkled appearance makes it look like it may have been squished and fallen to my closet floor. NOT MY LOOK!!! So PLEASE someone tell me how to get rid of this wrinkled and scruffy look and make it look like the brand new jacket it is supposed to look like!!! I don't want to return it but may need to .... Otherwise a thrift store 5 dollar purchase would seem to be a reasonable equivalent...😢 I have every reason to believe it will be perfectly lovely if I can smooth out the wrinkles!!!! Anyone out there with a way to make it look perfectly new as it certainly SHOULD!!! I PAYED for NEW!!! and wrinkle free!!! ... show more

I’m 5’7”, 138lbs, usually medium in jackets and this one fits true to size, don’t size up except if you’re going for oversized look, sleeves are perfect lenght, jacket is heavy, leather is thick and excellent quality, color is marvelous- neutral taupe. I bought a large and the jacket fit well and the color was beautiful. However, there was an overwhelming chemical smell, I couldn’t even be in the same room as this jacket. The smell gave me a headache, and irritated my nose and throat. I got up in the middle of the night to move the jacket to another room because I could smell it from my closet. Thirty days passed and I brought the jacket out and the smell was as strong as the first day. I put it up to my husband’s nose and he about fell over. I loved the light color. But too small. I bought on affirm credit. I returned item within the return window but Affirm credit kept charging me for the item on my bank card. I paid for tue entire item amd I am STILL waiting for a full refund. I don’t know why they won’t return my money not why they refunded one payment to a credit card and then kept changing my debit card. Not happy at all. ... show more
