My son loved this book when I gave it to him at 6 years old, and I have repurchased the book a couple times since because he used up all the pages. His comics are hilarious! The paper is nice for pencils, pens, and markers. There is some bleed through pages with markers when they're used heavily, but not excessively so. Our 6YO, who is working on writing and is learning to read comics (Spidey and his Amazing Friends, Cat Kid Comic Club, Captain Underpants), loved filling in this blank comic book.     • Pretty thick book and decent paper
I forgot it was divided into cells. It will be fun, but limiting for the way I like to draw. But the paper is pretty nice and lots of pages!

All the pages on the inside are the same, which could get redundant for an older kid. I gave it to my nephew , 6 and it has provided hours and hours of entertainment!! He is learning about drawling sequence of events. It has really helped spark his creativity. If you have an older kid they may get bored of the pages being the same. ... show more

    • Helped my student take notes
I had a student that wasn't taking notes with words. I needed a way for him to complete his classwork, I knew my student loved to draw, so I bought this so he could capture the teachers words in picture form. After using this he felt his notes were interesting, this helped him to remember the details of the lesson better. The organization of the boxes were just right to capture notes for one class period.
