Update: this phone is loaded down with bloatware that's difficult to remove as it's built in. That's why I dropped it from 4 star to three. Now, back to my previous review. Looks good, has a nice screen, yada-yada-yada That said, it rarely rings for a text, er, chat message, it has only one speaker, the 5000 battery doesn't act like one and is missing some of the touches that are found on my samsung. Like photo editor, 2 speakers, weather, maps, etc. On the other hand, for this price, you buy the add-ons and STILL be ahead ... show more

What I really don't like is that this phone shuts off after I plug it in. In the morning when I want to use it, the phone is in grayscale (black and white), is frozen, and I can't use it unless I shut it down and power it up again. Then, I have to go through the trouble of setting the color again. This happens every day. ... show more

I got my phone fast, overnight. I haven't found anything major that I dislike. It is on the lighter side, which is nice. Longevity of the batter is good. I haven't tried to play any games with it. It is very responsive and has more options than my Samsung. For being a brand I never heard of, it works good! Great price! Would recommend Adding to my review since using the phone for a while. Battery life is not as great as I was hoping for. This wouldn't be a phone for games. Just using it for other stuff, I would have thought it last longer. Lasts just like any other. So far the phone has been great. The display is awesome. This photo gets very bright so you can see the screen outside in the sun. That was one of my issues with my previous phone. The phone charges in an hour to 90 minutes which is a plus. The only negative is transferring your information to the new phone which is very easy to do but it is not organized in folders like I had it setup on my old phone. ... show more

    • Phone won't charge after 4 months
I purchased this phone 4 months and suddenly it stopped charging. It also gets pretty hot when charging and I could not fully charge the phone at one time. I do not recommend purchasing the phone since it only lasted for 4 months.
