This gaming chair has a firm but cushioned seat and full back and head support that is especially great when reclined using the side lever. The height is adjustable using the center piston. The arm rests are adjustable in height and slide forwards or backwards. They do not adjust inward or outward easily, but they do have about a 1/2-inch slide adjustment where the bolts attach them to the bottom seat where you could move them inward or outward by loosening the bolts, sliding the arm rests in or out, and then re-tightening the bolts. The lumbar back support pillow is adjustable using an elastic strap that goes under the backrest and through one of the hole openings near the neck. The depth and thickness of the pillow isn’t adjustable. The neck support is only adjustable a few inches up or down, and for an average height adult it was too low. I wish the neck pillow could be positioned higher on this chair. The neck support pillow also tends to slide down on its own, so you may need to find another way to keep it secured by tying or tightening the straps or some other creative way. Overall this gaming chair feels comfortable and would be great for long hours gaming or working at a desk—even reclining back to relax a bit! ... show more

Very well made gaming chair, sturdy and heavy and aesthetically pleasing, reclines to almost flat! The lumbar pillow and neck pillow do the job of putting pressure and support where needed! Great chair!

It's pretty easy to put together, although it's a bit frustrating getting the bolts lined up and start threading. All the parts arrived in good condition, no scratches, blemishes, etc. I've avoided gaming chairs because the styling is often too over-the-top for me, but the black and grey provides a more subtle color scheme. I haven't sat in a lot of gaming chairs, but I'd say this is fairly typical -- it has a lot of back support and the arm rests are adjustable to a good height, it's firm, not super well cushioned (at least compared to an executive style chair) and the chair is fairly narrow. Similar to the car bucket seats versus luxury seats. The head pillow is comfortable, pretty easy to position, but the lumbar support pillow seems really large and firm. It certainly doesn't work well for me and I have a hard time believing that many would find it comfortable. Also the way it attaches is pretty crude. ... show more

I think this is the perfect example of kids or young adults first gaming chair. It is versatile, comfortable and it come with some good features like the adjustable armrests. For adults this can also be a good one, but just not too pretentious with an office or gaming chair. Quality for the money is great. And super easy assembly too. Good! ... show more
