I have been overall happy with this harness. I am 5'10", 27" thighs and 40"hips and a 28"waist. I ordered a large, and it is a bit big in the waist when it is full cinched but tight on my thighs. I feel totally secure when hanging from this (Even when upside down.) It gets uses for 2-3 hours a day 4-5 times a week and has held up great. It does pinch my thigh a bit sometimes when hanging, but not any worse than other harnesses. It is not the easiest to wash, since it floats when you put it in a basin of water and the thigh straps don't scrub out well - but its not a huge issue ... show more

I am 5'6", 158 lbs, muscular build. Waist is 27" but my thighs are pretty big (not sure on exact measurement. I have to buy size 8 pants because of how thick my thighs are, but my pants are always way too big at the top. Size M in Yoga pants). I bought the medium for my thighs and I was able to tighten the adjustment about two inches. The waist is tightened almost all of the way, I have about a half inch that I can tighten. I love how comfortable and lightweight this harness is, I legitimately do not even feel it when I am climbing! SO happy I bought this! No pinching, rubbing, or uncomfortable spots. ... show more

Really great quality, I even wore this harness everyday for a month straight and have zero complaints. It's comfy even wearing it for hours around the crag. I wore the harness in shorts and didn't rub my legs in any weird way.

I really love the harness. Bought one for my daughter as well. We do sport climbing/belaying primarily. The harness feels substantial and makes me feel safe! I am blessed with large thighs and the straps are adjustable and secure. I like the waist adjustment as well as it adjusts on both sides. I tried another brand that had the side adjustment but the harness would end up off center and feel off. This is the perfect harness if you are just coming out of rentals! ... show more
