The pictures show a pair of shocks with a tool. Description only shocks, no mention of a tool even though pics show a tool. The box came, indeed, no tool. Also, no instructions at all. Have not installed yet

When the product finally arrived, the box had been tore open then taped back together. There were missing pieces to the product so they can’t be used unless I go out and buy the correct parts to make them work. Very unsatisfying

    • The adjustment wrench is inadequate for use.

The adjustment wrench is poorly made for use. Totally dissatisfied. Also the shocks at full extended spring setting are very stiff for 2009 HD Road King. Also there is no hardware to install and the original factory bolts will not fit.

    • Fit and finish was good.

Replaced air shocks on my 98 flhtci that I installed a Frankenstein Trike kit. Quality seems good, but the included adjustment wrench was just a weak stamped steel. It folded on first try.
