Great kit! Jeep actually rides slightly smoother then stock suspension. Watched several Utube videos before I put it on. Father son project, took two weekends to install but was not hard with the right tools. Had to run up to Home Depot to buy a socket or two. The only thing I did not like was streaching the brake lines down to reach. It works but, I will be buying brake line extensions and adding them to be safe. My only advise is to put new rims and tires on after installing this kit. I drove around with stock tires and rims and it was very squirrelly. Should have put wheel spacers on like kit instructed me to do. I did take it to a professional to get re-allined both times. Drives great with the new 35x12.5x20 BF Goodrich KM3’s!! The new fuel rims with the correct backspacing recommended in this kit instructions and proper alignment it dives great! Thanks Rough Country for a great kit! ... show more

Solid lift kit. Looks great and has performed well. Instructions are not that great. Would be great if the part chart numbered each bolt, nut. Etc. I would strongly advise that the rough country adjustable front track bar be purchased with this kit. This will save you major headaches. With the adjustable front track bar, you can skip installation of the front track bar bracket and skip installing the drop pitman arm. I would strongly recommend not installing any drop pitman arm with any lift kit . Unless you like getting the death wobble ... show more

Its been a few months since I order this kit. We installed it in in 6.5 hours in the shop. The installation instructions were on points. I did watch the YouTube videos which helped. The lift was easy to install, couple of things I would like to add. Check and double check torques on the specs. Add a rachet strap for alignment of bolts. ... show more

For the money not a bad lift, May have to upgrade parts eventually. Other items you will need: Brake lines and brake line anchors. Exhaust spacer I'd recommend front and rear adjustable track bars. RSO has nice ones. I'd also recommend Moog drag links and tie rods if you have a few miles on your rig. A steering stabilizer isn't a must but you might as well. ... show more

Just installed this on a 2011 JKU. It looks great and rides well. Instructions could use some more pictures and details. Currently riding on 35s, going to 37s. The kit is absolutely complete for the loft height in order to get a good alignment. I am happy to help out anyone needing specific help with this installation. The lift kit is awesome, the instructions are pretty easy to follow until you get to the torque specs. They list the torque specs in standard and then give you instructions listing everything in metric. As an example the upper control arm frame bolt is listed as a 12mm x 90mm bolt. The instructions only list standard torque specs so you have to convert to whatever is closest. It appears they are using out dated instructions. ... show more

Rough Country 3 1/3” lift kit bolted on flawlessly. Crush sleeve for the back collapse before torque spec was reached nothing a row of dlat washers couldn’t fix. Well worth the moneyand time spent installing.

    • Missing parts
Boxes came taped and are missing parts. Missing g coil spring, brake, line, and several other parts. Called Rough Country and they said not their fault, must have came open during shipping so it’s the shippers fault. Rough Country said they would offer zero support, told me to call Amazon or the shipper , and not to call them. Told me I bought it through Amazon, not them. So now I have a 3.5 lift kit that is useless due to missing so many parts. ... show more
